If I had to pick a favourate black metal song, it would be this. What I get from this song is not a nihilism that everything we know will be dust so why bother, but a very emotional celebration of a culture almost forgotten. Powerful, beautiful and truly epic.

I'm really lucky to be able of walking around the forests, old ruins of ancient nurs and countryside in my motherland imaging a misterious, pagan and mystic past. Through this awesome music I can feel the hidden atmosphere that comes out overstepping a fake imposed christianity
When i was in the saddest five last years this song naturally tells for me what i was feeling. It was dusk, Sad, alone, epic, Magic and greeting a fucking extreme Black metal. Then suddenly i bet a psychiatric clinic, no reason expect my behaviors, so i got this song to hear in my entire passage... Now i cant remember exactly of my sadness, just when i hear this song... It kept awesome. Greetings from Brazil!

Actually He's from Argentina but He was born in Italy, in a small town called Bonorva where he lived about 8 years
He was born in a village in Sassari, Sardinia (which is not "Italy": genetically and culturally distant).
Actually I saw him grow up because we come from the same village.

I've made a "research" and the author of this project said in one interview that he has taken motives from Nuragic civilization. In Sardinia, where he spent his childhood, there are many remnant megaliths from that civilization. The names of songs indicates of it's ages -
(I- intro and II - Golden age) before it's fall and after (III - The Downfall of Nur and IV - Ashes)

That mask is from a small town called Ottana that has 2 different masks called Boes (the one of the pic) and Merdules.
Here in Sardinia we have a lot of ancient and pagan rites connected with ancient cultures of fire and earth.
