My dad, Christipher Joy, helped produce and star in this movie. He passed away this year, but if he had known this many people would still appreciate it, it would have made him very happy. Thanks for sharing this!!!
Your dad is Curtis from Cheech and Chong?!?!?! Duuuude, you know how many times me and my friends quote your dad? It's Curtis baby! Ya... I know Curtis man
Jayne Kennedy is absolutely stunning , her talent was not utilized enough . Jayne Kennedy an all around talent ; model , actress , and tv announcer she can do it all . Thanks for the upload .

Jayne Kennedy was a very beautiful woman and Trailblazer. She was the first African American woman on the NFL Today show. She interviewed football players on the show. She made me proud I was a young teenager at the time.
Well Reelblack you've done it again, another classic blaxploitation movie that kick ass in its entertainment value. Its certainly brightened up my quiet Sunday evening at home, thank you.
I always thought she was very pretty sophisticated highly intelligent and carried herself with a whole lot of class!!! Not like some of these female Entertainers who've made it the norm in today's society and the Blueprint to Slut themselves out SMH 🙄 Ms Kennedy was the total package For standards Back then should be now to you probably won't find it though 🤷🏽♀️ fake Body parts etc.👀👀
God bless your dad, Mr Christopher Joy. most definitely unsung. May he RIP. My brothers, and, uncles admired Mr Joy. I felt like a big kid because, I knew who he was, when he played Curtis the Pimp in, up in smoke, a cheech and, Chong movie He was and still is an inspiration. When I was a little girl, I was just fascinated with Mrs Jayne Kennedy's Beauty. I wanted to be beautiful like her. I had a crush on her fine ass husband, Mr. Leon Isaac Kennedy. AKA " Too Sweet", from the movies penitentiary 1 and 2.
I was never intimidated by blaxploitation movies and some of the most significant career images could be found in the television version of Amos 'n Andy--black doctors and judges and police and mail men, Oh My. Not to mention: the acting skills of the Amos 'n Andy ensemble was a triumph!

I Didn't Really like the Beginning. But I Definitely Love The Ending. After being Fooled, Eddie Joe got what He deserves and Lives Happily Ever After. Hope He had enough money left to Help pay for His Mother's Car and Help His Father.
The actor who players Mr. Murdock & J.J with the golden teeth is Roger E. Mosley born 1938 who's 81 now, back in the 1980's also played the friend & helicopter pilot & good friend Thomas Magnum P.I.
This is really like a window back in time, of black America. In my college days (the 90s), a white girl I was seeing from classes thought my interest 70s Black Cinema was wacky. I´m a Latino, but these movies were like affirmation it was okay to be a person of color in Anglo America.
Thank you so much,I had a good time watching this movie,I will keep it next to Cheech & Chong's Up In Smoke. Very talented cast my head is still spinning at how gorgeous the new Mrs.Eddie is.
I love watching Jayne Kennedy she is so drop dead gorgeous and sexy. I still have the poster pin-ups of her from Right On! Magazine from the '70s and '80s. I always looked forward to seeing her on the NFL Today show from back in the day as well as the movie Body And Soul.
