These new crawlers are getting ridiculously awesome and detailed I really was Traxxas would put out a new chassis it would be cool to see them do something new
They been swamped making usb c chargers and rc stands and rc bags, all have which been made already.

You can tune that esc with a 1080 program card. You will need the esc manual for adjustment order

I’m already thinking aluminum beadlocks with Proline super swampers and Hobbywing Fusion Pro and a Reefs 777 direct power servo and a Reefs 99 Micro for the dig. Should be a good start.

That is an awesome RTR, I'm not a Axial fan nothing against them just never bought one, but I will 💯 buy this. Looks so good, it should definitely photograph very well. Great vid as usual 👍👍

Definitely cool as reminds me a lot of my own real Jeep but that being said I will pass on it for few reasons. The first being it isn't really 1:10 scale yet more likely 1:7 scale and secondly I won't pay extra for a licensed body from Jeep® I do appreciate the added details and doors and what not in the interior. Thanks
First thing I would do is a fusion se. For the price of them compared to the 1080 esc.
I'd want the pro 2300kv. Have to get some more wheel speed for an awesome trail truck
It's nice and all but that Cross RC jeep looked like it's more fun to drive
Worst part of this rig so far is just the fact it's releasing on the very day we all wanted to be opening it under a tree. How many people pass on it because it can't take part in Christmas morning.

I was hoping you had it setting next to the 10.3 JL for size comparison.
I know its labeled 1/10 however others say 1/7 just a heads up for others.

You can tune that firma ESC just like a 1080 just turn the drag up a little...
yep, same program box as HobbyWing. Setting #9 is drag brake, #10 is drag brake rate. it's set to 70% from the factory.
Also you can set the downhill throttle where it does move on out when you touch the throttle.Ive tuned my scx10.3 early
Bronco and it’s great now. Not brushless great but much better.

you say that the gearbox is a "proven design", have you ever had it make the horrible noise (clicking/whine)? i have a 10-iii and it has been bugging me forever, tried new gears/meshing/lube, cant seem to make it more quiet.
Have 2 SCX10.3s, one clicks (JLU kit that I built) one doesn't (RTR Early Bronco) seems like a crapshoot with this transmission
Pin round end flat end in wrong place.

Flip the set pin on trans gear. Round end pin in round end slot of gear. Its miss print on instruction. The round end of pin is clicking due to being inserted in gear with square end of slot.
Flip the set pin around. Round end pin in round cut end of gear. Mine dont click it was a kit driven hard .

yes but it's blocked out. Same trans as SCX10.3 Early Bronco and JLU/Gladiator.
