Absolutely incredible. Those may be some of the largest breaking waves ever filmed. Typhoon Megi was very large so the long fetch combined with upper Cat 3 intensity to produce some amazing wave action. Spectacular video as always.
If you watching on 7:34 - 7:52 you'll see sequence of breakwater, approximately around 4-5 m/13-16 ft above the sea level, so... you can imagine how tall the lighthouse are... (± 8-10 m or 26-32 ft) please correct me if I'm lost count.

found the answer to my own question. Its Hualien Harbor breakwater lighthouse and its 23 meters (75 ft) tall.
