- Hello! Today I'm turning an old bookshelf that I found on the side of the road, into a trendy blanket ladder using cane webbing and Annie Sloan chalk paint. This DIY project was pretty easy, and I love that I now have a very cozy blanket ladder for my home!

In Australia our cozy season is non existent at the moment. Right now it's hot, muggy, sticky and gross

I see this more for your jewelry storage. Hang it on the wall and hang all the awesome earrings you own from the ratan section. Maybe put small cup hooks across the edge under the ratan for your necklaces. Then the bottom rung could hold scarves or sunglasses.

@@KnowCanDo I used to make jewelry storage organizers out of old printer press drawers and sold them in my Etsy shop, so the jewelry storage ideas are always at the forefront of my mind, lol Plus, I always notice your earrings in your videos and thought that your creation would work perfectly for them :)

Super cute I love the added cane webbing it just took it up a notch. Thanksgiving was awesome. Finally introduced my kiddos to my boyfriends family after 2 years. I hope yours was amazing too

I think this ladder is a perfect way to upcycle the bookshelf! Brilliant idea! I probably wouldn’t add the webbing though. I’ve got too many blankets😀
