Fasting doesn't get you headaches, some people have headaches because body IS detoxifying from something or addictions but After few days it gets better.

Seeing these two couples like this doesn't mean that their entire life is perfect. Nobody knows their private life. Miss Understood Miss Understood Salaam ‘alaykum. You should keep on eating till Fajr. The whole Imsaak thing to make sure your fast is valid is wrong. It’s like waiting 10 minutes after iftar. If you are full and done it’s okay. But finishing your food or stop eating 10 minute before Fajr is not from the sunnah.
if the azan is at time "i mean the real time of fajr start time" you are actually allowed to eat until you hear azan of your hood/district. but be sure the azan is at the time. You just have to stop eating when you hear it. Ramadan mubarak

Just a little advice.....For one night inshallah, Try eating dark grapes on suhoor with your other foods and see how you feel the next day. I swear it is a miracle food for ME....Whenever I miss, I get stomach growlings, headaches etc. Sometimes I would wake, eat my grapes, pray fajr and go back to sleep. It really is the best discovery..lol... I been eating that every ramadan since I was 15.
If you're getting headaches it might be a caffeine withdraw? My sister is a tea addict and always seems to get a headache on the first day of ramadan. Inshallah I hope you have a blessed ramadan!

And when you drink water right before fasting starts, make dua that it removes your hunger and thirst. In Shaa Allah it helps. 💕🇲🇾
