    Notes and comments:
Really nice quality. I've upgraded the audio by replacing the original brick-walled audio with an alternate source which sounds much better. This is the last show of summer leg of the '02 tour. It's also a pretty unique show. They open with Commando which I'm sure threw some of the people in audience for a loop. This might be the only show of the tour that Disposition and Reflection weren't played, making the show about 20 minutes shorter than the rest of the shows on the tour. Also for the Intermission, Mike Patton comes out to sing Angel Eyes. The band (Maynard especially) feel like they just needed a break at this point. Maynard's voice in particular is pretty raw. He doesn't do the primal scream at the end of The Grudge or the "let go" outro. The chorus of Schism is left without vocals and the 2nd chorus of Parabola is sang an octave lower. Overall, it's a great show to watch since it's so different than the rest of the shows on the Tour.

Your description of the show is perfect. I was there and it was definitely unique. Saw them two months later with much more energy and effort.

Who's playing the Djembe during Triad? I see John Stanier and hear Mike Patton but who is the curly haired fella next to Stanier?

This was the most disappointing TOOL show I've ever attended. Maynard made it very clear they were tired of touring and just wanted to go home.
