Brutal
It is indeed about malt liqour
such an underrated project
It's a shame they haven't been properly archived, there's a lot of great stuff that's fallen between the cracks
dope
From all the negative things I heard about this band they're really not as bad as other people make them out to be. Still pretty bad but not horrible
This is listenable Melvins worship sludge rock, not outstanding but listenable. Most of the "negative things" about the band have to do with their 2000's recorded output, most of which which consists of a long-running joke; recording and releasing a new track every day consisting of 10-20 minutes of static. Nobody ever really understood the point of that except Sloth.
@@Surreal_Wizard the band is weird as fuck generally yet they are closely associated with some pretty well respected bands in the underground music scene. Maybe the dude behind Sloth was their dealer or something
@@Surreal_Wizard lol there are no reviews with 50% or more in metal-archives except for 2 or 3 splits
Cult band, not everyone's taste I guess.
Definitely not, but they're a mixed bag enough to where I'm sure most music listeners could find SOMETHING to appreciate.
@@obnubilator I have always been drawn to Outsider Art like this one, so I feel like home here: other favorites: Gob, Agents of Satan, Cattlepress, Adolf Hitler, Cavity, Angry Hate, Antiseen...so you know what's up
Also love those bands, especially Angry Hate. Had to burn myself a discography CD
@@obnubilator I'm on my way to upload the Saints of Pain 1995 demo, seems you haven't done that one yet...
The Sludge Pit actually uploaded that already, would love to find the other Saints of Pain demos to upload though
