Nice review as always. I like that you’re right to the point. No seeing how many Twinkies you can put in a door pocket. Who cares! I like that you compare the two cars and which each car has vs the other. Keep up the great work.

If Hyundai had different badging for their sport trims I think the car would look a lot better

I just bought one, mine is in abyss black and lets just say its gathered LOTS of attention, to be honest fir the $ you get great features, great performance, the ride and handling are also vastly improved over my previos 2023 hybrid elantra luxury edition, the only reason i went with the N line was i was forseeing issues down the rd with my hybrid, and the fuel economy after the new battery maintenance update the dealer performed due to a low voltage warning on my dash, the economy wentvfrom in the 4s per 100km to the high 5s and in some cases ovrr 6L/100km. So it was blamed i. A weak 12v battery, the car had an AGM battery . only 40000km warranty on 12v and the lithium cell was 8 yrs🤔🤔 , so it looked like problems starting so i traded in on a gas only vehicle again, thd platform of the NLINE is
Great, very happy with it, my thoughts of buying the N for anothrmer 12k above this car, for me and my needs, the N would just be bigger maintenence costs with brakes and tires and such.. NLINE is avgreat compromise for practicality and for performance. Great video , thanks for sharing!

I would go n line on design alone. But i wish hyundai would stop with the cheapening out.

I think the Kia Forte GT is the nicer looking car..the Kia Forte has a nicer interior...also the infotainment screen are not exactly the same...the Kia has knobs on the screen and the Hyundai doesn't...as with the road vibration I keep hearing about...I feel some slight vibes first thing in the morning for about a 1/2 mile until the tires warm up and then the car is very smooth...so I think its the tires causing the vibes when they are cold.

I think that this is a "six of one or half a dozen of the other" choice. May come down to your local dealership and their service competence. These are both attractive, appealing cars but I would suggest a Kia K-5 LXS base car over either of these. Granted: not as sporty but K-5 has 2.5L engine with Smartstream dual fuel injection and a very competent 8-speed torque converter type auto. trans. I think much less chance for trouble down the road Realize this is an "apples to oranges" comparison,. however. Very good review!!

I do not like the key fob ! It’s Huge!
I had the previous Elantra turbo and I preferred those leather stitched seats to this cloth.

Nightmare stories with that 7spd dry dct. No way I would ever buy any Hyundai/Kia with that transmission. No doubt the reason so many newer Hyundai/Kia models are returning to a regular torque converter auto. Example being the Kona/Seltos and even the new K4, the Forte's replacement.

It would help if your car wasn't so dirty all the time. Please clean your vehicles before you review them if you can.

Hyundai needs to get rid of their cheapy pleather seats on their N Line. Sport cloth would be better. That pleather ages poorly.
