when I have a glass cup with a stand, I just remove the bottom tray and the cup fits under the spout.

As of 2023 I've had mine 14 years. The only problem I have is it keeps telling me to change the filter even after I've put a new one in. Tried it twice now and I still get the message which I ignore now because I use town water that is twice filtered at home through a secondary filtration system anyway. The machine is very easy to use and maintain. I'd recommend this machine to people no problem.

Go into the programming (press and hold P) and scroll to hardness and set to 0.

@azmirreader, it is a fully automatic machine. Not a one touch cappuccino.

It depends on the country, they come with it in South Africa, altough the new version are coming with thr newer frother the fine frother which does not have a hot milk option.

Warren Machanik So they probably don't come with it in Germany. Funny.. according to the description it should be included. Thanks for your response!

@azmirreader Price depends where you are located, in South Africa they are ZAR 10,602 inclusive of tax. I think it is well worth it, they last well so you ROI is almost zero
