The rug looks so seamless, the way I play is pretty much the same way. When challenges, I don't play by all the rules I change them to my liking. It's my game no one elses.
This build is so beautiful 🥰 I absolutely adore this! I can definitely see like a grandmother who is Hawaiian and has custody of her granddaughter, maybe since she was like toddler age or so, and raised her ever since. And she used to be a marine biologist or any ocean/ocean animals type of occupation, but she’s now retired and the granddaughter is now a teen, and the grandma scuba dives now for fun in her retirement while her granddaughter is in high school & preparing for university. 🤍✨
i can't believe how close you are to 200k! i've been here since 35k and you've only gotten better and better. you deserve all those subs. i hope you're proud of all your accomplishments. all love for you!
I play in a similar style to you 😊 I don’t usually like my sims to struggle like Simsie does lol, I will use cheats and stuff. I enjoy the story telling aspect. Can’t wait to use this build in Sulani!
This is a beautiful build. Sulani is my favorite world and it's always been my defacto vacation world when I want to focus on the more casual lifetime aspirations. I definitely enjoy working my way up to wealth bc I feel more accomplishment that way and the struggle is part of the story. I'm also a family focused legacy sort of player. I don't like my sims to be materialistic or mansion barons though, so when multiple kids move out, I give them their cut of the household funds so they can afford a starter home and it keeps the money at a reasonable amount. Right now I'm playing a legacy file with two main branches of the family. The first branch is my primary line and they've been building up their farm in Henford, and the secondary branch lives in Sulani. Recently I had one of the Sulani kids move out with his new wife to live in San Sequoia and raise two kids. I decided to play with the idea that because he left he was disowned by the family for wanting to leave paradise, yet the farm family still loved him and supported the decision. When their kids grew up I had one of them want to move back to the beach home, but because her cut of the inheritance was so low that I had her move in with the farm family while she got her degree. Because the farm family had seven sims after she moved in, at one point the Sulani kid's grades were dropping. I had the other sims buy her moodlet solvers and sleep replacements so she could pull three all nighters. When she graduated she was able to buy her own potion of youth as a present. Then I had her move back in to the beach house where her cousin lives. She now works as a fundraising assistant getting donations for the No Sim Left Behind cause. It was one of the most depressingly realistic and funny story lines I've done, and it was because the sim was starting from scratch.
I love those island kitchen counters so much and use them all the time... yet this is the first time I've ever looked at them from this angle and realized the corner piece actually has a handle area for a lazy susan cabinet underneath. LOL
no matter the size of a house when I started building. I always try and see how close I can get to that 20 to 25,000. sometimes it just means if I do a much bigger house it tends to be less furnished. but I make most of my sims. would workers anyways build your own furniture sims! hehe
This house will be a perfect rental house 😊 I never use money cheats when I am playing Sims4. I prefer to buy a home within my budget and safe money until I have enough to buy the house I like. I will usually download a house of my choice from the gallery.
I was on this stream! It was such a fun one, and it's lovely to see the finished product as well 😍 amazing as usual, Tonya! PS: I would immediately move into this home like I'm so serious rn 😂❤
I love this house and am really tempted to build in Sulani again. I also tend to build according to the irl seasons (ex. lots of forest builds in the fall vs tropical builds in the summer) and I have no clue why. 😅 This does make me wanna revisit Sulani, ESPECIALLY because of the closed shutter window you briefly created.
Could you build a community garden, pleeasee? And I don't mean the ones where people rent one garden bed, although that would also be cute. Idk about NA but in Europe we have community gardens, where you can rent an entire (small) piece of property and build a garden and, usually, a little shack/cabin. Some use it for harvest, gardening, BBQ, sleepovers... some to simply escape the urban apartment life and soak in sun and nature. However, it's not legal to actually live there. It would be really cool to see you build several lots on one lot, with different gardens and a little cabin/storage/shack on each. Seperate by fences and hedges but all accessible from one pathway. I'd love to see what background stories you come up with, about each tenant, and how they use their space differently.
I’ve not watched all of your recent videos yet, so I don’t know if you’ve addressed it somewhere. But will you continue with the 100 baby challenge gameplay? Or are you sticking to only building videos again? 😊😊
I have zero qualms about using cheats. Sometimes I have a specific story I want to tell and don’t feel like playing “rags to riches.” I cheat needs sometimes too if it suits what I’m doing. You’re all miserable? Well we’re taking family photos and don’t have time for you to spend 3 hours cooking a meal 😂
I'll use cheats in my personal game for moods mostly, I stay away from money cheats only because then there's no reason for my sim to go to work or get promoted and that gets boring really fast for me.

Such a relaxing feel to the house already perfect to watch upon just waking up haha
I get them in the house that I want and then have them pay bills from there. I’ve tried to do rags to riches and I just get bored! Love this build!!
now this is actually giving hawaii vacation vibes LOVE IT

YES! Bring on the sulani builds! They are always my fav builds you do. Maybe a Hawaii state series build 😜
I love this build, especially the landscaping!
thank you!

I love it! Ur so detailed! ❤
❤❤❤
I generally don't care about earning money at all, it's all about story and what vibe I want the house to have. UI Cheats is my absolute favorite mod.

I'm sitting here on the balcony in the sun and watching this video, it's the perfect combination 😅
I
Wow, i can’t wait to download this home into my game as a rental.
I cheat money too. Real life is hard enough so I escape it this way! 😊 love this build! ❤❤❤

I like all the color in this build :) it’s so vibrant
This is SUCH a beautiful build! 🤩
aw thank you Jenn!
Beutiful house! It gives such a welcoming vibe and the kitchen is just perfect!
I love everything about this build & this video! Especially the outro music. 🥰 I just want to download it and play with it!
That kitchen looks so great!
Annnddddd NOW I'm gonna go build in sulani!
I love it so much! I love when you do more colorful builds 🌈☁️
Congratulations on 200k! ❤

Wow! This is the earliest I’ve been🎉
🎉🎉🎉

Honestly I try really hard not to cheat money lol. I usually just build whatever with the starter funds and do what I can and add when I can ♥️
Sulani doesn’t get enough love anymore
reminds me of lilo and stitch🩵
I normally get my sims whatever house I want them to have then have them earn money to pay the bills and get any additional upgrades and stuff.

What is it - the red shelf which you are using to put something on the bookshelf?
it's a custom content shelf - it helps me place items more precisely. It's called the OMSP shelf & is linked in the description!
😍
do you upload builds to simresources?
NIM’S ISLAND
Love this. I like to cheat my beginning grownups. Not realistic to have no skills and you are an working grownup with a job and kids.
I never cheat. Lol my Sims have to earn everything they got 😂
tbh, if i could motherlode cheat in real life I would, nothing is going to stop me from doing it in the sims
Tray files pls? 🥺🫶🏼
cries in ps4 so i cant download it
