CAMM doesn't have a "CPU pin problem", because the pin array isn't soldered to either the memory or motherboard, it's a distinct double-sided module. JEDEC have said their physical standard for CAMM2 will ultimately be screw-less, so MSI's project zero won't be the final form. Through it does prove the point to those who thought ATX doesn't benefit from CAMM, just look at the design freedom it offers air cooler manufacturers.
They are still back compatible with the X670 and B650 boards. Also they have those 2 on the show floor but in the PR note they are mentioning 5 mobos with the the new chipsets.
@@Dudi4PoLFr Yeah but they showed like 3 different Z790 (for a dead platform) and 5-6 Z890. Asrock had 4 X870 and 12! Z890 boards on show... I'm just dissapointed. Asus hasn't shown a single X800 series board either...
You have not done Proper PCI-E 5.0 NVME testing inside of a hot case. PCI-E 5.0 and 6.0 drive will need water cooling just to prevent drives from dying. Next time you test trying testing in a 32C ambient setup as that would be a better indicator of a 6 hour gaming session during the summer. You can even lower the ambient to 27C and see how bad even that is.. Proper Nvme testing, HA!
I don't like the unified look of motherboard, I'd rather have different parts with different look, but the fact that this memory can easily surpass 10000 is great.
It's very difficult to do it with one hand, oh c'mon OC3D, we all know that you are an expert at "doing it" with one hand, that's practically all you do, if you know what I mean 😂 Just kidding
Where's the dragon GPU? 🐲
False advertising!!!!

CAMM2 is more suitable in desktop than the laptop.
Really cool memory modules. Great as always!
A total of two 870 series boards and the Zen 5 cpus are available in about a month...

@ 00:50 That is sooooo nice. I wish my motherboard had those easy one handed features.
Since there seems to be a lot of thermal headroom, I just want a smaller 4080S, man. Anyone have those in Computex?
Well done Tom! love the new RAM options but I hope its not backwards connectors only
The M.2 card reminds me of Dell's BOSS card on their servers.
That dual layer blade fan looks like a design from fan showdown series.
hopefully there is a gpu that can be cooled either air or hybrid gpu like rog poseidon
That PSU be nice in a Case that fully show's it too beautiful.
Can you buy parts there?
Wicked Cheers Guv!

That okey-dokey reminds me of the Fallout series girl.
Msi boards and psu looks great
More cools stuff please!
