I have the exact same config I played today I lose 60 fps every 2 min. I've noticed that every time the FPS drops, the cores go to sleep and go straight back.
Yeah it should be good, 7800x3d and 7950x3d are basically the same they both have only 8 3d cache cores that you can use, if you have money to waste go for the 7950x3d but if you are trying to save some money go for 7800x3d almost same performance
@mateoDaK1LL3R I currently have a 5800x3d, 6950xt, 32gb cl14 3600 mhz and when I try to record gameplay in obs I notice gameplay feels less smooth. Do you have any recommendations for obs settings? I'm only recording for now but would like to eventually stream to RUclips. Just trying to decide if I need to upgrade for smooth streaming/recording while playing warzone or if my current parts are sufficient and I'm setting them up incorrectly.
@garyholland3551 what you have is a nice set up already, I do all my recordings through amd adrenaline software, never had an issue, try that and you can check my settings if you go on my video "1440p full optimization, chapter amd settings" hopefully that helps, obs tends to work better with nvidia graphics cards, your obs settings could be slightly off
@mateoDaK1LL3R I was using adrenaline software to record, but realized it couldn't record in HDR. So I swapped to OBS, but I've had a hard time setting it up properly. I will try your other optimizations though as I'm sure my pc could use a debloat.
Hey mate a have a 7900xtx and a 7800x3d but my monitor is a ASus oled “ PG27AQDM “ so it’s 2k 1440p 240 hz What setting you think a should play to get max visibility and max fps Just finding it hard to find out what a should be playing at if you could answer that would be brilliant mate
I use this one (Corsair HX Series, HX1200, 1200 Watt, Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Platinum Certified, Model Number: CP-9020140-NA), and watts depends on your build, 850 could be enough but if you are running all high-end equipment you should atleast be at 1000 watts, theirs a program to check if you need more power I forgot the name though
@@Mateo_FPS thanks for the reply. It is going to be with the 7800x3d, x670 aorus elite ax, 2x16 ddr5, 2 nvme, 240mm liquid cooler. I am gonna chose between the 7900xt or the xtx
Quick CPU isn't even useful on a 7800x3d because it will never park any cores and will automatically boost to its highest clock-speed kinda useless tbh
It's only useless depending who uses it, if you know how to change power plan settings and check core parking on different cpus then yeah its useless but for others that just want a quick 1 click do it all and be done then this is very useful
Great channel man!
sick frames dude, I'm happy with the 200+ on my 7500F. What's your ram though?
Ddr5 6000
if these are trident neo z you can squeeze extra performance in 1% lows by messing with timings
@@wolniacha_tv I'll look into it 👍 I'm running expo 2
1% low i 180fps on 14900k to only on amd gpu or cpu
I have the exact same config

This info is new to me, I'm going to look into it, have you tried removing the power savings from the cores? So they run full power all the time?
@@Mateo_FPS
So it doesn't run at full throttle all the time.
try using process lasso and manually assign 8 cores
Do you think this setup is enough to record and stream at the same time? Or should I go with the 7900x3d/7950x3d?
