Don't bother. The food at the Auckland Night Markets is typically sub-par at best, no matter how good they make it look here. Food vendors are charged a minimum of $150-250 per night and more during certain times of the year, such as during school holidays, public holidays or the entire month of December. They have to make that money back somehow, and it's not by delivering quality food at a reasonable price. It is true that new vendors are coming in all the time, but the good ones never last.
There is another group called the Food Truck Collective who primarily operate at events, not regular night markets. Their food is significantly better.

Hi, this is the Hamilton Te Awa ( the base) shopping area Not Auckland. It's good to just look around, some cheap food, otherwise for most a great place to take your kids for a feed as a treat.

Auckland Night Markets is the name of the company that runs these. In Auckland Monday-Sunday, and Hamilton on Friday. Some of the food vendors in your video are ones I used to see here on a Friday night. Business must be better down there.

Overpriced food, it's getting too expensive now cause of the vendors rates. I liked my mango shakes but now costs $15, forget it
