I guess suburban neughbourhoods are pretty similar all over the world. If the front lawns were a little larger, people were driving on the right side of the road, and there weren't all those roundabout thingies, this could have been any subdivision in Souther Ontario, Canada, where I live. Cool!
This subdivision is expanding too, a shortage of homes and high prices means many are renting. I think the median price in NZ now is around $850,000NZD. New homes with land around $1ml minimum in this area (Rototuna). Difficult times for all right now. Most families require mum and dad working to afford a mortgage. Anyway, thanks for viewing and your comments. 😉
Hi Marc LA, in my opinion for a house in a quiet family friendly neighborhood may I suggest either Rototuna, Flagstaff or Huntington. Or closer to the city I suggest Western Heights. Assuming your budget is at least $900,000NZD. Ofcourse renting is also possible starting around $650 per week in these suburbs. Hope this helps.
@@notalkjustwalkorride3928 that was what I needed to know, I get 2 houses to check in Rototuna wednesday.i little bit far from the University of Waikato but as I saw in your video looks really good for a family life.thank you!
Hamilton is my old home. It’s tragic to see all the new roads ripping through the surrounding countryside.
Buenísimo
nice place

Definitely, if you're already in NZ.
