- We are thrilled to release this Song Around The World, “With My Own Two Hands,” by Ben Harper, part of a partnership with the international anti-poverty NGO, ATD Fourth World, and their #StopPoverty campaign.
Wherever men and women are condemned to live in poverty, human rights are violated - but together, with our own two hands, we can build a world without poverty.

Playing For Change (PFC) is a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. Creating these videos motivated PFC to form the Playing For Change Band-a tangible, traveling representation of its mission, featuring musicians met along their journey; and establish the Playing For Change Foundation-a separate 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to building music and art schools for children around the world. It saddens my heart to see anyone living in poverty. Trying to change it. I'm a humanitarian who cares for all peoples.I appreciate how they try to change things with in the realm of music. Very nice, I like it. If we all work together, maybe we WILL change things.

The funny thing is id say 70 to 80%of people are the same yet the whole world is waiting to see who goes first to give out truely free unconditional love and care all we can do is show our own circles and hope it spreads you will get burnt alot but those that reciprocate when they are told they dont have to are the ones that stand with you in those views

This instrument is called a kora. Mousse Dembele is not just a virtuoso musician.
He has been a master craftsman of West African instruments for over 25 years.

Music has no frontiers, it's true ... However, men - in general - live apart because of religion, politics and skin color. Maybe die without seeing something like the video shows. This is very sad. I am a white man, a descendant of Europeans and I live in Brazil, a country of multiple races. Even here, there is a lot of prejudice because of the color of the skin. The great majority of the poor are black people, mestizos, and former natives. I wish it was different, but it's not ... Excuse me for my poor American English.
