Beginner Drill to Improve Your Muay Thai Kick

  • Learn how to improve your hip turn (and power) with this basic drill. You can either kick a heavy bag or an opponent, the key to this drill is start low and work your way higher up.
    This is a good drill for people who have tight hips and have a difficult time turning them when they kick. By starting lower, you can gradually increase the flexibility in your hips as you work your way higher.

      Definitely, you can practice on a heavy bag for this drill. You don't need a partner.
