After three years of planning and over 10 years of extreme unicycling Lutz Eichholz succeeds in the unicycle descent of the 5671m high Damavand in iran. Despite enormous problems with the high attitude, injuries in the team and weather fluctuations between 40° and -7° celsius Lutz Eichholz succeded in the record breaking mountain descent. MrBISKT Sebastian (the only profesionell filmer we took with us) broke his foot and torned some ligaments but now is fine again. Joschi got really attitute sick at the summit but was fine as soon as we went below 3000m. I gues thats the price if you want an adventure ;).

This is epic firstly getting to the top in the first place and they riding down awesome. Shows what hard work and commitment does! I am i beginner unicyclist (can ride around on footpaths most i've done is about 1km with stops inbetween)
In your journey to doing this what was the most important think you did to improve you skill on the unicycle? Was it just time or specific drills or a specific skill thats important to learn?

My first real unicycle!(first one was a cheap plastic one as a kid ruclips.net/user/postUgkx4e2fa6x27dF7shCelntq0ZIKt4N0jELI I never learned to ride)So, this is a true learner, and for a C note, exactly what was needed. After a few weeks, I'm able to easily ride up and down the street. The Good: Solid frame. Has absorbed numerous spills through learning and still solid. Look - great looks, after 6 weeks of bashing Weight - it's really all tire, but as I fall I can easily grab the seat so it doesn't slam the ground. Size - Very adjustable. I'm 6', 33" inseam. I put it mostly up, but could go a bit higher if I needed to. The Bad: Not sure if it's out of the norm, but seat got scraped up quickly. Pedals - they are a bit uncomfortable and I can't get the right feel on my feet. But, they are solid and haven't been damaged at all as I've seen in reviews on other cycle's.- To address one comment about the seat connection not straight. Huh? Seat is on a round pole, you just turn it and it's straight. Either of the bad I expected to replace once I improved. I'd recommend to anyone else in the learning phase.

Irgendwann möchte ich auch so fahren können wie du. Ich kann zwar schon sehr gut Einradfahren und fahre damit auch wie auf einem Fahrrad, aber bei unebenen Wegen, wie Waldwegen tu' ich mir nach wie vor schwer. Irgendwie bleibe ich dann immer hängen und muss vom Rad abspringen. Ich habe unter anderem auch ein Cross-Einrad, aber gerade damit bleibe ich "hängen". Fahr ich vielleicht zu zaghaft auf grobem Gelände?
Schwer zu sagen einfach dabeibleiben dann wird es besser. Auf Berg-Einrad-Treffen kann man auch immer viel lernen.

Why does he some times carry his backpack and some times not? Whats the point its obvious there are other people around to shoot the video, why carry the backpack at all?
I carry it all the time. While filming I sometimes put the backpackbeside because I ride/walk the filming parts multiply times.

I hoped to see seven and a half minutes of ACTION, not five minutes of irrelevant, boring guff and so-called "build-up" followed by a measly TWO MINUTES of action, then another boring, "who cares?" thirty seconds of credits and sponsor message.
Looks more like a trailer for a DVD: very disappointing that over two-thirds of this video is "padding."
