A Trinidadian whose first introduction to people of Grenada was in Mt moritz many years ago. My brother and his family reside there. A beautiful place and very pleasant people. This vlog just brought back so many beautiful memories of my visits. My brother taught me about the history of Mt moritz

I am the child of missionaries who moved to Grenada and lived there for almost 13 years. I was 6 years old when we moved there. My younger sister and I grew up there and had Grenadian accents. I remember being often asked if I was from Mount Moritz because people were so confused by the little white girls speaking Grenadian.

Hi Nezzle, I really got a chuckle and relate so well with you on the narrow road. The rails help with the confidence part. One slip up and you need a crane to get you out and back on the road. You're welcome Dennis! I'm glad you enjoyed it! Unfortunately, it is kind of impossible to restrict the parking because in most cases it's persons parking next to their homes. It definitely can making driving more difficult though.

I enjoyed the ride Nezzle. I recently took this drive in Grenada going to Gouyave and it was a challenge to stay calm on some parts of the road with those steep precipices. Thanks for the history lesson and the footage is beautiful. Great job!

Loved the drive and the music. Grenada is so beautiful. Thanks for the history of Mt Moritz which is new to me. During the commentary you used both St. George and St. George's, how is the use differentiated?
And the great thing about all this is that Grenada is one of the few Caribbean vacation islands that can't be described as "touristy". You have to look to even find tourists, and if you aren't near a baech you probably won't find any. Its wonderful.
I don’t think you have to look THAT hard to find tourists. I think we have a good bit. But you’re right that depending on where you go, you won’t see many.
If you were Grenadian growing up in Grenada you will understand how extremely safe these seemingly eerie roads are to travel on. I was born and grew up there. As early as 4 am on mornings it's safe to walk , especially in Grand Mal . We all need to keep safe, nevertheless , Grenada is definitely a safe country to travel to.
I am a Grenadian who grew up in Grenada. However, even though Grenada is generally safe, it’s not without its crime. I will always encourage people to be vigilant. However, in this video, I was referring to the importance of being vigilant on the narrow roads when driving because of how narrow it is. I wasn’t referring to safety.

And the great thing about all this is that Grenada is one of the few Caribbean vacation islands that can't be described as "touristy". You have to look to even find tourists, and if you aren't near a baech you probably won't find any. Its wonderful.
I don’t think you have to look THAT hard to find tourists. I think we have a good bit. But you’re right that depending on where you go, you won’t see many.
If you were Grenadian growing up in Grenada you will understand how extremely safe these seemingly eerie roads are to travel on. I was born and grew up there. As early as 4 am on mornings it's safe to walk , especially in Grand Mal . We all need to keep safe, nevertheless , Grenada is definitely a safe country to travel to.
I am a Grenadian who grew up in Grenada. However, even though Grenada is generally safe, it’s not without its crime. I will always encourage people to be vigilant. However, in this video, I was referring to the importance of being vigilant on the narrow roads when driving because of how narrow it is. I wasn’t referring to safety.
