harley quinn first appeared in the Batman: The Animated Series episode "joker's Favor", where she served as a humorous female sidekick to the joker. In her first appearances she was depicted as a character completely devoted to the joker, totally oblivious to his psychotic nature and obvious lack of affection for harley quinn; this characterization has remained more or less consistent throughout her subsequent appearances.
The origin of the character harley quinn was recounted in a 1994 graphic novel The batman Adventures: Mad Love. Told in the style and continuity of batman: The Animated Series, the comic book reveals harley quinn's origins as an Arkham Asylum psychiatrist who falls in love with the joker. Some peeps harley quinn knows are poison ivy, catwoman, and freshy kanal.

Junko is a young high school teenager, but due to junko causing her classmate's memory loss she is two years older than they all believed junko enoshima and themselves to be. junko enoshima has a tall hourglass figure, light blue eyes, and long, thick, bleached strawberry-blonde hair tied in two twin pigtails. Due to junko enoshima’s talent, she wears heavy make-up along with (possibly fake) long red nails.
As a young fashionista, junko enoshima is described as simply "not fake", charismatic and eager to try new things. During junko enoshima’s first appearances, junko comes across slightly air-headed and hot-tempered. In the official artbook, junko enoshima is described as a person who "drips with dissatisfaction the moment she opens her mouth" and tends to be in trouble with her classmates. junko enoshima is an antagonist of danganronpa, along with nagito komaeda and kokichi ouma. junko enoshima is behind the control of monokuma and the tragedy of hope’s peak academy.

Yeah, Ryoko is Junko without her memories from back when her crush took her memories away when they were testing it for future killing games but decided to keep erasing them regularly to keep her from regaining them, resulting in Ryoko and her short term memory loss disability.
Junko's original talent is the Ultimate Analyst - she was able to understand anything. Absolutely anything. She recognised every weakness to everything in a matter of seconds so was therefore able to predict the progression of anything as such allowing her to become The Mastermind. Her ability as an Analyst is the reason for her perpetual boredom and also leads to her fascination in Despair which is its own flaw - so she can't understand it, thus she revels in the unpredictability and eventually this translates to her own personality where she creates many 'characters' as shown in the rap.
Junko, as the Ultimate Despair, actually abused then killed her sister Mukuro and killed her one love interest Yasuke.
Ryoko is actually Junko - she purposefully deleted her own memories using Yasuke's technology to test it and ensure she could use it for her later plans.
I'd like to think Junko recognises how her obsession with Despair is actually detrimental so would actually wish to be beaten by Makoto in THH.
It'd be better to search for everything yourself (for whoever may be reading).

Well, remember that Makoto originally wasn’t going to kill her when she lost the last trial. He wanted to explore the avenue of hope that was there for her by redemption and rehabilitation. But then everybody, including Junko, looks at him like “wtf Makoto that’s a terrible idea,” and Junko makes it clear that she wants to die, she wants to experience the despair of revelling in her punishment, and wants nothing to do with his icky hope.
But I always thought that was interesting, because surely being forced to live when you don’t want to, forced to live in a world and look at the consequences of your actions with your sworn enemy, forced to get better and then live with everything afterwards is way more despair-inducing than some quick pain and then non-existence. The thing is, Junko recoiled in disgust and shut him down the second he even hinted at that possibility, and I’m interested in why. Unlike Makoto, she knows how all possibilities are going to play out, so I wonder why the conclusion she saw (that Makoto didn’t), garnered that reaction. Did she know it would work? That there was a happy ending out there for her, and she just wanted to deprive herself of getting it? Or did she know that it _wouldn’t_ work, and that her super analyst abilities would always cause her boredom? But through Makoto, she’s just realised that there is unpredictability in hope, so why would she not be compelled to explore that? Was it fear? Fatigue? Illness? I guess we’ll never know.
Junkos original talent was actually the ultimate fashionista, only when her friend messed up with her brain did she become the ultimate Analyst. She just used her superhuman analysis skills to find out what the trends were gonna be to be early on them, giving her the title of ultimate fashionista.
@@uwunurse7397, ehm, it lacks logic in the slightest. She wanted to test her friend's invention in context of memory erasure for the purpose of the third chronological game of Danganronpa (as far as i recall). Why else would she want to test it on herself, if not for the desperate apocalypse and killing games? Erasing your own memories, not being sure about the possibility of their restoration, is not what the Ultimate Fashionista or anyone else wothout the said plans would do for sure.
@@stardustwight1895 yeah, that was 9 months ago when I had only played the game and picked up bits and pieces from lore videos. I know now she’s the ultimate fashionista because she’s a good analyst.

Ryoko is Junko with her memory wiped.

Ryoko is Junko without her memories from back when her crush/childhood friend took her memories away while they were testing it for future killing games but decided to keep erasing them regularly to keep her from regaining them, resulting in Ryoko and her short term memory loss disability. After Junko was able to erase Ryoko with the help of Mukuro, she regained her memories and killed her childhood friend. Junko's only sister is Mukuro, the one who was always by her side and she loved dearly which is why she later betrayed and killed her to fuel her own despair during the killing game.

Ryouko's not her sister. Spoilers for DR0, which you should really read since it's amazing, but...
Ryouko IS Junko. Just without her memories. That's the whole plot twist of the book; our protagonist was Junko all along.
Edit: Hm, you knew about Matsuda, so I'm inclined to think you do know that Ryouko is Junko, you just mixed up Mukuro and Ryouko's names.
Also, the people who defeated Junko were Makoto Naegi (the first games protagonist, and Ultimate Lukcy Student, later said to be the Ultimate Hope for beating Junko) and Kyouko Kirigiri (Ultimate ???, later revealed to be the Ultimate Detective). Makoto took down her ideologically, and Kyouko took her down by cornering her phycologically, and solving all the mysteries. They worked together to do it!

Not to sound nitpicky, but Ryoko isn't actually her sister. It's stuff to do with Danganronpa zero, you can find audiobooks of it on youtube. If you want spoilers, or have questions, and not want to listen to it, either ask me or google.
Fun fact: Ryoko is a part of Junko without memories of despair. Junko did it to test herself and see how she would handle despair if she wasn't herself. Aslo Mikan was the one who took her womb, that's why Mikan was referenced in the background.
It’s definitely already been said here but I do think battling Junko is pointless. When she’s winning, she’s winning. When she’s losing, she’s winning. Basically the only reason she actually dies. Junko wins this no matter which way it goes

Um, Mukuro`s her sister. Ryoko was Junko when she had amnesia and was a somewhat decent person with a crush on Yasuke before her memories came flooding back and she murdered him and Mukuro disguised as Junko to give herself even more despair.
