Can We buy Games from Ps store in PSP and can we buy games from ps store using ps store card with Indian money?

You can just download games from internet and copy to your PSP. Also you can buy UMDs (mini disk that goes inside PSP) but will drain the battery faster. So just buy PSP (don't buy the fake Chinese ones) Original PSP is of Sony and buy a memory stick adapter and a micro SD card. Hack your PSP and download roms and play.

I want a PS3/PS4, which is better?
PS3 has GTA 3, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, 4, V, RDR1, Max Payne 1,2 and 3, Rd revolver and la noire
(Rockstar games)
PS4 has GTA trilogy, Rdr2, la noire

PS3 is cheap.. 8k for a used one in good condition..
PS4 is more but also worth it. Buy whatever you want. But I would go with PS4 as it is still getting new games on it..
