as a Walsall fan (another league 2 team) it still seems crazy that people are travelling across continents to watch league 2 matchdays, what Ryan and Rob have done for Wrexham is absolutely amazing. Hope you enjoyed the match
Us locals still can’t believe it, when you call in the club shop in the week it’s unbelievable busy with all sorts of accents. People are buying up the houses around the ground to turn into Airb&b’s. Yet the university is next door but there’s more money renting to visitors for a weekend than renting to students for a month.
As a Chesterfield Fan not only were up against Notts County Wrexham but Bloody Hollywood as well ! We didn't stand a chance. I've enlisted Harry Potter this Season.
Great vlog! I made my first Wrexham pilgrimage (also from the US) in August and let me tell you how lucky you were to get a seat in the front row of the tech end!
Good video that it's nice to see our friends from around the world who have travelled here enjoying our team, our hospitality and our welcome. C'mon Wrexham let's go for League one, onwards and upwards as they say.
Wrexham is my hometown and been supporting them since 1974. Well done for making the long trip. Glad you enjoyed the game and Wrexham people made you welcome. It should be a great season and hopefully we get a good FA cup run and promotion.
I’m from Wrexham and it’s so amazing we are getting tourists. The town could definitely do with investment and improvements which I hope this brings. I hope you had a great time.
I emigrated to Australia 40 years ago, I used to go to most of the games back in the 70's, home and away. I can see the house I was born in when they put the drone shots up above the stadium.
Hey my guy, can you make a video of the price brake down to go watch a match. Fellow Texan living in Florida, hoping to watch a Wrexham game next year.
I’d stay in the Premier inn Wrexham as it’s across the road from the stadium. Great price and always clean. Make sure to add Chester to your itinerary. You can get the train across the road and takes about 20 minutes. Lots of Roman history there with great restaurants, bars and a beautiful cathedral.
You can get a train direct to Wrexham via West Kirby from Liverpool. Wrexham is my home town (Mum still lives there). I used to sell programmes at the Racecourse as a kid and stood on the old Kop.
Cool video bro, looks like you had a great day out and footballing experience here in the UK. The orange/purple sky made for some great visuals during the game 😀
they keep 75 specifically for international fans, you have to join the "international Dragon" membership though first which gives you priority access to those tickets
@@codenamenelI did get that membership however I missed I guess my opportunity to buy it during that window , but the membership did give me access to sign in and buy a ticket while I was in Chester
I was actually on that train from Chester to Wrexham, won hospitality tickets, met Ryan too so all in all a great day,the Colchester fans dressed as Santas were hilarious on the train. Easy mistake to make at lime street,I've ended up on the wrong train before now 😂 great to see your love for the club and much respect

Love your video mate, and your excitement of your first Wrexham match reminds me of how I felt when I first watched Wrexham back in 1984.

Glad you got to experience "the towns" atmosphere. Considering we had 10 men for most of the game, it was pretty comfortable.

How did you get those tickets? And how long had you been planning this trip?
they keep 75 specifically for international fans, you have to join the "international Dragon" membership though first which gives you priority access to those tickets
@@codenamenel is that something you have to sign up for at the start of the season?
I was planning this trip for awhile but I didn’t get the tickets until til I was at Chester train station just refreshing the dang ticket app
@@codenamenelI did get that membership however I missed I guess my opportunity to buy it during that window , but the membership did give me access to sign in and buy a ticket while I was in Chester

Mate you need to call for a pint with Wrexham Fans before the Match .There's a Pub next to the Ground.
Welcome to the mighty Wrexham 🏴.. come one come all!
Diolch
You could've stayed on train to West kirby change train at Bidston then a straight run to Wrexham
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Mersey is pronounced mer zee and not mer say😊 in Liverpool you're in Merseyside.
that makes sense , thank you
Do y'all never say "please" when asking players something?
Be careful showing the red Wrexham top in Chester
it's pronounced River "Mer-z" that's "British Zee, not American Zed. Enjoyed your blog.
Not Military Time in Britain mate just 24hr Clock .
yeah sometimes after the fact i realized what i said and i was like what the heck did i say lol , sorry mate
Nice vid, but you're there for the football and not Rob and Ryan i hope, they haven't scored a single goal for Wrexham but have done one hell of a job
Should have got a pic with James Jones you look just like him 😅
Hope you didn't miss your train. They kept announcing that were cancellations, over the tannoy. Not the best game but not worst. UTST!!🏴😀👊
Yeah towards the end of the match they announced the last train to Chester was at I believe 17:25 , and I was so scared I was gonna miss it
Glad you made it. Hope you're back soon 👊🏴
Go to Manchester. Best city in uk
Bore da. Croeso i Gymru :)
Terrible!! We don't need to look at you the whole video. We want to see the atmosphere. Get with it, forget your ego.
