    I was the person always thanking people for no reason and saying sorry too much, and not able to say no...I was the ultimate people pleaser. I'm a ton better now with boundaries and allowing myself to walk away. That meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome Guilt by Harper Daniels was a good help for me, and the Tao Te Ching.
