For shore fishing I use a military surplus backpack. It has many compartments and lots of room for tackle. This keeps my hands free to carry two fishing rods and a bucket.

Check out the Z Man WillowVibes jig heads. They have a willow leaf chatterbait blade on a 1/4 or 3/8 oz ball head. The action is wild on a straight retrieve and the blade makes a vibration and shine that should be really good for dirty water. I think it might be the perfect jig for flounder too. The way the bait wiggles behind the blade is totally unique and it hunts like bass guys are always looking for if you just reel it in. And when you jig it you feel the vibration immediately. I'm pretty sure they're worth y'all checking out.
