I can appreciate the overall fact that everything is in perfect mint condition and of course the owner must command to keep it always perfect.
    The architecture is phenomenal.
The hydrangeas and boxwood are added flavor to the facade of the architecture of building structures.
The woodsy stain colors of building are impeccable to the surrounding areas.
From land maintenance to the barn maintenance are all exquisitely cared for.
The caretaking of all the animals are obviously at the top of perfection.
A property of utmost pride that
actually couldn't be any nicer and prettier.
I just wonder what the average length of time a stable hand stays on the payroll. How often do they come and go. Meaning......the better you are at doing the work , the longer you stay. As a perfect horse barn is based on the best performance in every aspect of each area of tasks that need to be done daily and 24/7
for that fact. It's a tremendous responsibility to be head over all that needs to be done.
A barn manager, their assistants , the caretakers of both the barn and horses. The landscape crew , the building crew , security crew , fence maintenance and arena care crews .
It's alot of work thats never ending.
Managers who deal with your client base. And financial assistance with lawyers, architects , accountants and banks.
Keeping everything in perfect working order is im sure quite a daunting task for all who are involved .
But then again, what do I know !

I rode with Dorris for a short time when I was 8 before switching to eventing, and Missy was still at home training. Had a lot of fun at Fox Run. North Run is so incredible, I don’t think I would ever want to leave. Until winter rolls in that is.

I have to agree with the other comment. It’s going to be expensive, and she won’t be able to take every horse and rider who comes to her. That’s not to say you HAVE to be rich, but it would certainly help
