Thats an insane amount of pages read. I’ve never seen someone accomplish this challenge so seamlessly. Even though you had a few struggles, ultimately you killed it at this challenge
this is such a good idea, I know I've been on my phone all summer scrolling while thinking about reading so I'm going to try this for the next week until fall term starts :)
haha carrie soto is a 5 star read for me and one of my top 3 reads of the year so far! i also thought the ending was PERFECT!! one of those as soon as i read it i was like oh hell yeah 5 stars
I went into Carrie Soto with super low expectations. I borrowed it from libby and when I borrow an ebook, it usually means I'm not entirely sure about it. Maybe because of my low expectations, I was blown away by how much I couldn't tear myself away from reading it. Carrie Soto isn't the most likeable character at first because of her extreme level of competitiveness. Some of her actions and lack of open communication with others was frustrating. But as the book went on, I found myself wanting to annotate loads of quotes in regards to her thoughts about her aging body and how people were treating her like trash just because she was in her mid-thirties. I loved how she became slightly more present and softer, but was still true to her kinda inner straight up b*tch self. Part of the book made me cry (that part is fairly obvious). I surprisingly found myself relating to parts of Carrie, but I think that is because I am 37 and grappling with how different/challenging it is going to be to get back to the fitness level that I was at in my late twenties/early thirties - back when I was running half-marathons - and before I had my three little men! My present life is worth all the changes my body has went through, and I am certainly no elite athlete, but I just felt myself nodding along to a bunch of things in the book. I totally understand where you're coming from in your 3ish star rating, but I just wanted to share why Carrie Soto was a surprise 5 star for me. (I don't respectfully disagree with your opinion on books very often! lol)
I’ve always been intrigued by these challenges but intimidated because I spend too much time on my phone 😂😂 This was such a fun video to watch and I loved it!! ❤ 🌊🌊
I do 99% of my reading on my phone, and even though I -know- this, when I watch videos like this, I will look at my screen time and think, 'wow. I should... wait a minute.' because I are smrt. ps. at any time while reading Something in the Water, did the song 2 Heads go through your head???
really fun video! If I were to do this challenge I'd have to read for over 13 hours lol i currently don't have a laptop so everything i do is on my phone
funny how something someone says can bring back a book to you (even if it's a DNF) - like when you described what happened at the beginning of Something in the Water and I was like: hey, I read that (that part, i actually didn't finish the book for some reason) - it's a really chill video, i love seeing Avi getting all the love 🌊🤽♀🤽♂🤽🌊
That forest app, this is my first time hearing about it. I don’t see it linked can you let me know the name of it I need that too I want to be held accountable. Proud of you, you did amazing during this challenge, do it again🌊
Hi, congratulations on your reviews. I have always followed your recommendations. I was truly impressed by the beauty of "Motion Detection," a thriller book that I stumbled upon by chance on Amz. The cover intrigued me, it's different from the usual, and I highly recommend it to you!

I can’t wait to see Caleb’s blog❤❤❤
I loved this video. I always enjoy watching your channel. I would love to see another one like this. Thanks for sharing!
"Carrie Soto Is Back" was a major bummer for me. After reading "Malibu Rising" by TJR, my expectations were high. It happens sometimes, but dang.
Very excited about Caleb’s vlog!!!🌊🌊🌊
🌊 I’m so excited for Caleb’s blog! And also greet job! You did so good on this challenge!
If I had to change screen time with reading time I would have to read 12-14 hours pr. day. 🤭
Oh my, Caleb is the sweetest! Congrats on 20K! 🌊
I was also so excited about Carrie Soto and was not as impressed with the execution.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that didn't love Carrie Soto is Back. I love TJR books too. ❤🌊
Caleb filming a vlog on your behalf is the cutest thing I’ve ever heard! 🌊🌊
