I’ve had two b8.5 s4’s and they are great cars for what you pay. They definitely have a cap on power after doing all the basic mods like pulleys and tuning. As long as you’re not looking for a race car you won’t be disappointed

I’ve had my b8.5 s5 for about 2 years now, CAP test pipes are 100% the best I’ve had no problems in 6 months

@@NadimMusaI’d say if you plan to go throttle body than 034 I have ECS and their throttle body and I love it however my mechanic had to modify the throttle body wiring harness to get it to work with 034 tune for 2+

make sure you get resonated downpipes and exhaust. straight pipe with test pipes would make your ears bleed lol

I also have a b8 s4 with awe touring now. Just wondering , does this set up with test pipe resonated dp drone between 2-3k? How bad is it ?
( I used have an awe track cat back only and it was droning to much on the high way)
It does have some slight drone but really depends on preference. It’s not terrible though
you think you could add vibrant ultraquiets in somewhere with your setup? hows the smell?

Have you had any issues with your awe res downpipes failing due to test pipe heat ? Trying to figure out what route to take, awe res downpipes or jhm hfc with my cap test pipes

what is the test pipe get benefit from it? Make the sound louder? increase HP? Does test pipe replace the cat converter?
Basically prevent restriction and clogged up cats causing your engine to blow.

Definitely get the heat shield. I don’t feel any during winter but summer mahbe a slight bit. Heat shield will help rasp also

Did you use the optional 180 degree o2 spacers with yours? I read that 034 doesn't recommend it, but don't think it matters if you do or not with their tune?
I did use a 02 spacer can’t remember if it’s 180 or not
doesn’t matter if you run spacers or not. had the same question & reached out to 034 directly.
Wassup Mikey! Watched your channel for a few years and got mad respect for you because you're one of the few S4 owners that ACTUALLY WORKS ON YOUR CAR! So many owners post content on exactly what to do, then show a mechanic doing it. Ridiculous! Like a flight instructor who's scared of heights. But quick question. Heard you mention you've never had a CEL with your test pipe setup. I'm running Long Tube Headers and keep getting CELs for bank 2 running lean. Spacer is most likely out of adjustment but just wondering what spacers you've used. Bought these off a recommendation from a forum user but I might change them if my adjustment doesn't work. Have a 2011 S4 with ADS. 034Motorsport Stage 2 tune with I.E. intake & LTH. Again, I appreciate the content bro!
BTW, 034Motorsport only gives you cookie cutter answers. You're better off Googling the question than asking them.
