How do you comply with all the TPCA laws? CAN-SPAM... having to opt in to communicate via text, if they're a biz owner but you're calling them at home after biz hours does DNC list apply?
Curious about this as well, because everything I've seen online says cold texting is straight up illegal. It's not like cold email. People have to opt in or you can get fined.

good question. I'd like to hear Karston's answer too, but I know that you need to be A2P compliant (which includes an opt out keyword and your name in your first ever SMS that you send). I also heard that if you customize the opt out keyword from STOP/OUT to "byebye" and you create an automation yourself in the backend to set a certain contact to not be disturbed after they reply "byebye" you should be good. This is because STOP/OUT is a twilio keyword and if you get many of those, you may be banned. But was this your personal number or a marketing phone number that your purchased that almost got banned?
@@user-hn7wz6zs3n it was my personal phone number, I was trying to do iMessage reach out, I got some insane numbers 10% booking rate but my phone number went to shit. Never had any problems with go high level though, even when doing 300+ messages a day

Tbh if you send me an iMessage randomly I’d block you. Do SMS or just avoid it entirely

Instagram + Loom works amazing for my ecommerce agency. Haven’t tried SMS tho
Just send them a selfie video in that case. I don't think a lot of people will press a "random" link from a text from a number they don't know
@@BlueMrDragoN thx for the reply. Yeah defo agree about people not wanting to click a random link. But you can’t send video over sms. Unless iMessage (not common in my country) or WhatsApp (limits the amount I can send)
