    That's looks good! Does the slaw stay crunchy like when raw?

      @@ontariogardening great news thanks - I was looking at the calcium chloride stay crisp but prefer not adding stuff and by the way the food safe brewers one is much cheaper than the canning one (same thing as far as I can tell)

    What is the shelf life?

      A year or two is optimal, but I've been eating canned goods from 2019 on my shelf :)
