    Mmmm, it's really a healthy and delicious meal, but I'm sorry... I think it would have been more beneficial without that piece of toast, and I think that just eating it with a spoon is enough because it's a complete healthy meal, as for mayonnaise and mustard. It would be better if you made the mayonnaise with avocado oil, because most of what is sold in the market may contain some. Regarding sugars and starches, please take into consideration the amount of calories so that we can know the permissible daily amount. Thank you ❤❤😋😋✅
