Yeah same here I couldn't find much info on this model. So I just went ahead based on pricing and features. Both are almost similar, I think you can go ahead with anyone of them.
This power supply does not contain ocp, (over current protection) which is important. Go with msi mag a650bn, it covers all protections including ocp, but it does not have uvp(under voltage protection) but uvp is not important than ocp, ocp is important protection, so go with msi

Hi 550 should be enough. But if there is no much difference in pricing you can continue with 650 as it will be future proof with more headroom incase you upgrade in future.

You can decide based on the price as when I was buying it, there wasn't much difference so I went with v3

if you gammer go with 4060, if your vission only 3d work like blender etc go with 3060 much better than 4060
