This is the best King of Fighters of all time for me. The music is so outstanding and the players like Ryo/Robert have a nice attitude in their body style. I did not like much the other versions
Great video for a great game. I can do every move in this game except for Sie Kensou's desperation move. All sources I have say it is OCF, back, forward and D, but it just won't come out. I don't understand it as the motion is the same for Takuma's DM, though you press A+C, and I can do that consistently. Does anyone know what I might be missing?
Yeah bro it's real; that's why never underestimate the U.S.A team, sure they are the joke characters here but you know what they say - "the joke characters are real nightmares in every fighting game", another awesome example of that phrase is Dan from the street fighter series

True with Takuma ending his Ryuko Ranbu with Haoh Shoko Ken. And I do agree but I figure one reason both have it is due to their training in Kyokugen Karate. But they do differ in other Super Special Moves over the years.
94 DMs were a pain to setup and land, but ohhhh boy they did some damage.
Especially Heidern's, because his DM not only does a heaping truckload of damage, it also HEALS the player. But good luck actually pulling it off.
LOL where is the Heidern bug where you whiff moonslash then stormbringer which is literally 1 hit.

There's something very charming about the 94 - 95 sprites, the sound design as well. I also love how broken they are.
I do think 94 was the best looking of them all. Very crisp.
95 got smt wrong among all series for me, 94 and 96 were amazing and 97 also. :)

@@h.m.5724 94 was the first arcade game i played maybe age of 9 or 10. İt was such a fucking crazy experience.. and tekken 2.. heaven :))
