Korean Sweet Potato Salad(Goguma Salad, 고구마 샐러드)

Hey :)
Today I'm gonna make Korean Sweet Potato Salad, 'Goguma salad'.
You can find this salad very easily especially when you go to a buffet in Korea. It's very creamy and sweet so it's perfect for appetizer or side dish. You can make a sandwich with this salad as well!
Also, sweet potatoes contain lots of fiber. What a healthy ingredient! 😄😄
Korean sweet potato is sweeter and firmer than American sweet potato or yam. So I recommend you to use Korean sweet potato when you make this dish if it’s possible.

👉YOU WILL NEED(for 2~3 servings):
Sweet potato(Goguma) (150g / 0.33lb)
Nuts(Almonds, Walnuts, and Cashew nuts, etc...) 2 tbsp
Corns 1 tbsp
Dried cranberry or raisin 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1tbsp
Plain yogurt(unsweetened) 1tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
😊 If you're worried about calories, you can put plain yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

I love Korean sweet potatoes, I can eat it after you peeled it with kimchi...YUM! This salad is very healthy and yummy. I like the idea of eating with crackers, an nice added crunch.
