i was just revisiting the dont escape series, then i saw a video that tackles about the complete lore of the dont escape series, so me having watched markiplier's videos of the don't escape series like 2 years ago, watched the video and i came to know about 3 other games called deep sleep, deeper sleep and the deepest sleep. so now i know the full lore of the series and then i did a little more snooping around, searched scriptwelder on youtube and found this, the same time i had learned the lore, kinda well timed huh

@@lgscteam Engaging in marketing doesn't mean that you need to burn a lot of money on ads. Marketing is much wider than that. Tinkering with the promotional video for it to get a lot of views from the right audiences is one of the many cogs of marketing. Design of the product itself is another one.
I feel that I was too quick to call the limited viewership of this vid a failure. The author may well have different priorities in his strategy that focusing on that.

I don't dig the 2.5d perspective.
The first three games were fucking horrifying because you felt like you were IN the world. With 2.5d - you feel disconnected.
