I just bought a wacom intuos five and now im hooked on digital art especially since i have six manga that needed to be drawn out but i was low on paper. xD I highly recommend getting on. But get a tablet from Wacom.
As jane mere said it's pressing R but maybe you'll notice you can't rotate the canvas while you're recording. It's because of the virtual memory. It happened to me, I used to rotate the canvas easily in SAI and then when I started using photoshop for painting I had to use the newest photoshop hehe. But if you have a good graphics support you won't have problem rotating while you're recording ^^

Photoshop CS4 and above support rotating the canvas. The shortcut key is R. (OpenGL should be enabled to support this function. )
