When I was a manager one of the people under my supervision wrote me a note to remind me that, when it appeared that he wasn't physically busy, that he was actually planning his routes and reviewing who needed his help and considering what he could do to help the person. It is called thinking. Careful thinking and planning saves a lot of mistakes and non-productive activity. He made good points. That was more than 42 years ago.
I always love it when some boss tries to micromanage the workers only to shoot themselves in the foot because SURPRISE! It turns out that competent workers' systems ALWAYS benefit everyone to begin with and changing it is ALWAYS a bad idea.

Someone should whisper in the ear of the regional boss that the store's manager iis demanding employees come in with the stomach flu. Of course, if it is the stomach flu and not food poisoning, it will become evident when the whole crew starts barfing. Stomach flu spreads like wildfire.
Even Mr. Krabs sent Spongebob home when he had the Suds. This guy should be fired for making an obviously sick employee come into work in a FOOD SERVICE CAPACITY!
Not only thrown up on the line, but even just some air they exhaled could’ve contaminated the food and made the customers sick. Depending on what made that person sick in the first place (virus/bacteria versus food poisoning).
In the very first story, they did the right there. Don't ever let anybody bully especially when you're doing your job without any complaints at all, and just because you're the boss, that doesn't give you the right to treat me any kind of way. I did not know that people own a whole parking spot in a public place man the people in these stories are absolutely insane I've ran in to people like this I don't get how people are like this are they created in a laboratory or something just to be a-holes😂😂
These stories make me so grateful for my job. My boss is awesome and will let me take a day off anytime I need it, as long as the main work is getting done.

Like picking a certain criteria and then we can share our story related to that ,if we have some through Google form or something,we will be anonymous. I think it will be a great way for us to feel closer to you and you'll be able understand some of your followers in the process as well .
I would love that. i know I've shared stories in the comments and I feel like no one reads them there ever. Luckily, her community has been nice but on YT in general if you write more than 2 sentences people freak out on you for "writing too much." I literally wrote a comment that was exactly 2 sentences and got the reply. "I ain't readin allat"
For the vomiting one that's literally a healthcode violation. It specifically states when working with food that if you are vomiting you are required to call out sick and not work with food. You could have literally gotten the place a health code violation and potentially gotten it closed down for at least a day. I'm not sure how long they'd close it down for. But all the food you handled is considered contaminated. You should have called the health department on them and they may be fined for forcing you to work like that.

I had covid and called the manager at my work to tell her i felt like crap ( I didn't know i have covid at the time) she said I'll see you at work. I dealt with people and food that day. It was the day of testing. Fast forward to the next day i worked, and she told me to come to her office; you have covid go home. I looked at her and said, "i told you i felt like @hit." She said " you didnt tell me you had covid symptoms....I texted her my symptoms before I called. Clear signs and symptoms of covid. She put over 30 people at risk. Now she got fired from that place and they offered me a position, i turned it down. They just got rid of her but her minions took her place. She stole labtop and refused to give a copy of the employee manual so they can update it.
