I have egg whites in a container from the grocery store. About how much would I use? I have an inflamed pancreas at the moment and am limited on what I am able to eat until it heals.

Hi Sharon, I can't suggest the amount since I don't use egg whites from the container. Is there a direction on the container telling you how much equals 3-4 egg whites?

I buy free range egg whites and use about 35g for each egg. There is a basic guide on the side of the box I buy.
