This week, I thought I'd bring you along with me without my phone. I have phone free Sundays most weeks so, here is one for you to watch ❤❤❤ xxx
I think I should do this, the only time I used to do this was when I was on holiday and there was no phone signal, it was a case of having to 😅 it was very refreshing and I should do more xx nice reminder 😊💐
Lovely gentle video. The days feel much, much longer and more productive without mobile devices or Tv. They also feel peaceful. Your potato harvest was amazing, ours was very good this year too. A little bit of chocolate, why not ❤ Have a wonderful week.

Good morning Hannah .One idea with having phone free days instead of actually turning your phone off take the social media apps off your phone ,that way you are still contactable but there’s no mindless scrolling. I’ve done this a few times and you will be surprised at how little you pick up your phone. With Ocado don’t forget to check your coupons there has been some great savings to be had. Thank you so much for your comment and that's a great idea about removing the social media apps. I will try that soon too, my phone free Sundays are designed for me not to he contactable, just for one day. My family know that, if there's an emergency to phone George as, we are always together on a Sunday and he has had phone glued to his hip 🤣 I decided to go phone free to have that time in solitude.

Sounds like a perfect day! 😊 life is busy enough and by having our phones to hand and being tempted to mindlessly scroll makes it more manic and stressful than we need.....something I will definitely try.....we all managed before them. I’m of pre- Filofax era and always wanted one lol.....ive done bullet journals for the last 9 years and love doing them too very relaxing 😊

I love my filofax/diary and I used to have then a lot. I also love bullet journalling too and wouldn't be without that 🥰

I love using avocado oil for my hair. Yes, that's how to pronounce Jojoba oil. It mimics the natural oils our skin produces and is actually absorbed by our skin, so no wonder why your skin feels so soft. Love that you're into growing some of your own food and making some foods from scratch- very impressive!
