Hooooly crap. Came here thinking “Aw how nice, Tommy let a friend play with him.” Walked away thinking that Trey Hensley has to be one of the best acoustic players I’ve ever heard. Crazy good.

After 16 playing guitar, I still feel like I know nothing when listening to Tommy, simply one of the best guitarists ever.

Whether it’d be 16 years, whether 40 years, think the feeling would be the same 😅, man breathes guitar and passion, hard to beat that.

Haters hate because this song doesn't fit in the 2 min 45 sec time allotted for typical airplay. Lots of people can't pay attention any longer than that. What a shame. I'm grateful for artists like Tommy that keep real music alive!

Trey is so awesome and humble in Tommy's presence, despite the fact he is a guitar beats. The look in his eyes when Tommy plays a good riff. Glad to see the young studs appreciate their elders.
If I would get to play with Tommy, I would say "yeah" 3x more, just to keep him playing!!
After watching this video, I picked up my guitar, strummed a G Chord, then promptly put it back down.

Omg I love listening to you and watching you play , my youngest son that is still with me has Down syndrome and he was in Awwe. You are Great to say the least … he has a couple guitars I’ve gotten him I picked up a Kieth urban and his teaching CDs .. I want to learn to play with him too.. and I love your accent .. I’ve always loved listening to guitar music .. my favorite.. We really got into Windy Warm .. oh your so talented …. I’m hoping I get to see you here in August .. I think I read you were playing about 60 miles away from me … one of my older sons plays guitar. He learned from ear and I’m so proud of him.. I can watch and listen forever I never tire of watching and listening .. I close my eyes and it takes me away to a different place I love what music can do … makes my heart happy!! my youngest sons father was a lead guitar player when I met him he played lead for Tim McGraw when Tim was first starting to get famous with Indian Outlaw & Don’t take the girl .. I met him here in Minnesota & moved down with him to Nashville in 98 ..he was with Tim up till 2011 our son who is my youngest and has Downs was born in Nashville.. after our divorce I moved back to help with my elderly mother here in Minnesota.. she passed away 3 years ago .. & it’s time to sell & move back ..my only daughter & another son lives there also 5 of my grandchildren & my 3 yr old great grandaughter that’s growing up way to fast I wanted my mother to move with me there but she was used to Minnesota and our small town .. but I always loved Nashville . I was there last year funny how time goes by so fast .. it’s another year .. . I’ve been back here for 13 years now .. too long .. well you both Take Care Stay Happy Healthy a Safe Always .. this was so much fun listening and watching you both play ..it was absolutely Great!! 🤟🤗❤️As I finished writing this he went into his room and started playing .. so cute!!

Used to watch Arthur Smith and the Cracker Jacks back in the day. We called it "Boogie Woogie" but it was Guitar Boogie. Tommy and Trey are awesome MUSICIANS.
