Hey guys, It was great meeting you and Sean The frugal traveler yesterday. Your videos are great and it was fun running into you. I live in Siem Reap As does sean. Hopefully, the four of us can get together and have lunch or drinks before you leave. Keep up with the fun videos.
The train looked neat , Yeah I think many train stations in SEAsia are impressive. Your AirBnB is also a beaut . I also just took a small train trip - 450kms - 10 hours from Danang to Nha Trang 🤩 - Thanks for checking in F & N 👋😎👍🙏
Thanks for your comment Ant, the train was awesome… train travel is a lot of fun! How’s Vietnam treating you? We’re hoping to go soon! That sounds like a long travel day! 🇲🇾❤️
Welcome to KL. If you have questions, just ask the netizens for help. They will answer your queries of how to navigate KL n going to tourists n local attraction spot around KL.
Those AirBnB's are well nice and great value - it's like having a hotel suite - so much nicer having 2 or 3 different rooms for a change of scenery. Train ride looked good and that has to be the cleanest toilet I've ever seen on public transport. Looking forward to the city tours
Great apartment we got, seemed to be a few people doing airbnbs in the place too. Ducted ac as well which was different. They do a good train service in Malaysia it seems and always love to see a clean toilet! Haha
thanks for sharing guys, the train looks similar to uk rolling stock but perhaps seats are spaced a little bit bigger, so do you prefer the modern style comfort or the old stlye thai train travel, i think i prefer the thai style it seams more laid back and enjoyable rather than a sterile modern alternative, nice room good find , cheers
I think they’re both good depending on what you’re doing and what time you’re travelling. We enjoyed the day time train to udon thani and found it comfortable. But for an overnight affair like this one, it was very nice and preferable to be able to get some kip! Couldn’t really pick one over the other!
You could still take the old style train here in malaysia, along the east coast from Gemas to Tanah Merah, Kelantan dubbed the. Jungle train....for a shorter ride you can take it from kuala lipis, but to get to kuala lipis u have to take a bus
Not a bbq, we called it wet kitchen....as asian cuisine smell slot, and smokey, we cook outside so that the smell does not permeated into our furniture's...
It is very confusing even for locals from other states who are not frequent traveller to KL esp those from the north... KL station and KL sentral ....can you spot the difference? Yes...if you read them carefully they are different.....but we all human..we made mistakes.dont we..
Guys taking the train and the price is very cheap and you get to see the views on the way KL. Franc, i have to pull you up on the toilet. Was there any soup dispenser and tissues 🤔 just a thought. I'm glad you put your hands up on getting of the wrong station. You're a gentleman Franc. So coming to your Airbnb looks very nice and very spacious and very clean and you got all the facilities in the place.Great vlog guys and thank you👌👏👍🙏🙏🙏
I'm not too sure on that one my man! Maybe best to bring your own bottle and tissues for travelling in general. Haha i was obviously in my own little world reading the tickets. But based on some of the comments it isn't that hard to muck up. Great airbnb, they were all pretty decent over there.
I love your new career path Sarah. At least I know that if I ever travel with the 2 of your, my bags will be well looked after. haha. I love playing the dumb foreigner card. It doesn't always work, but the look on their face is always worth it. haha
She is a true professional when it comes to watching bags. Always happy to lend her services to friends and family haha We played it well as we were legit actually dumb foreigners! We like to think we are pretty switched on, but in reality, we’re really not haha
