You need to dry it in sun ....like you do for papad...whenever required...boil in water.....once its dry it would be like maggie noodles...you can store dried noodles for 4-5 months easily

Mam, can you share how to dry and store this for long term. So that we can prepare like instant noodles when we have less time

dry it in sunlight like we dry papad....for next 2-3 days...then once its completely dry then store it in air tight container

Hearty thanks Mr. Jeree...I had a habit to add subtitles but it's very hectic and boring stuff ...this is my old video in which I use to add subtitles in the video itself while editing...but in my recent videos you won't find subtitles in video...to see subtitles you need to enable caption button...it's a feature of RUclips..people who wants to see subtitle they enable it and who do not want it then they can watch without subtitle too ...once again thanks for watching it

Its better to drop them directly in boiling water so as to avoid sticking.
Also, it will be easy if you use screw type extruder.

I tried making noodles in the noodle press with handle..Though noodles would come out of the sieve easily,once they come out it's difficult to keep them seperate. They stick to on another within in no time and form lumps.If we keep the dough hard by adding more flour,the noodles remain seperate but they remain hard and not soft & springy after being cooked.

laxmi ji such thing did not happened to me dear...pressing the machine was tough for me to alone handle I accept that....but they were not sticking to each other...kneading should be perfect and dough should be medium....apply oil to the dough as I have shown in video....after applying oil it should not stick ...

+Shifali yess you can .you can add 1egg too in wheat flour if you wish or you can skip this.but it has to be consumed fresh only.
