I became a decorator 15 years ago after burning out from a career in tech (I worked for IBM). I find my job quite satisfying and not too much hard work. Im 48 so not far off your age. My earnings fluctuate but on average I bring in 45k - 50k self employed, working in a fairly affluent area in the midlands. Decorating was the easiest trade for me to get into which is why I went into it. Really due to the cost of getting certificates for other trades like elec or plumbing. Just a thought.
Gopur is a pretty good option, so it might be worth looking into. i know a small youtuber on here who started as food delivery but switched over to gopur because he was getting paid more, but he was based in London but does pay a bit more than the food apps the screw fix jobs some pay like £7 and do multiple jobs on the app and orders like a pick up and drop so you could have to pickup than a drop off 100% recommended London eats videos on it he explained it better than I can because I am just a gig watcher not worker
It's some achievement to be caught speeding on a bike restricted to 45 mph.
Isn't it? It's so frustrating and I wonder how many other drivers get caught by those cameras as it's a place where it's very easy to go above 30.

There’s a delivery service for food you deliver to private old peoples location that’s a very high wage
Do you know the name?
@@Sheffielddelivers I’ll let you now when I come across it again

Were you good at decorating before or did you train/learn to do before switching job?
You could do Gophur courier deliveries until you can figure out which career path you want to pursue
I've seen people do that on RUclips, can you make decent money?
