hey rockz, just curios, these trades u did today on USDCAD, u didnt wait for a retest. u placed a short and long right after it broke the structure. So is there a principle or a guide as to when do we wait for a retest, or when should we just put in our positions? i noticed, these trades, there were no retests actually so if one had waited for a retest, one would have lost the opportunity.
these are just some lucky break outs, its very risky and nonsense
He's entering his trades on lower tf probably 1min. When the 1 min tf match the m15 analysis and trend then he looks for an entry. Can be double top/bottom m1 pattern, break retest of m1 key level you name it...
It’s called…scalping. You dislike it, don’t follow it period.
Key is to watch the candle and there movement oattrt... Also watchout for momentum

Most people will not realise, but the most important thing in this video is not the analysis (which is great). The most important thing in my opinion is the objective perspective from which Rockz is seeing the market. The word "potential" is very underestimated by the tipical traders. Being able to analyse the market objectively, is the most difficult and important thing in trading. You can agree and understand the importance of the objectivity, but it doesn't mean you can also function that way. It takes alot of practice and self-discipline.
I just dont get how u preach to wait for a retest, but most if not all of these trades are breakouts of a wick area level, no retest at all?
Forex is not all about retests 🤦 this is why people blow their accounts

Hi Rockz and all. Just wanted to ask what broker are you guys using, and what kind of account?
I'm using ICMarkets, and with the account I'm using, a commission has to be paid with each trade, causing my losses to be more than usual and my profits to be less than usual.
If I switch to the other standard account with a larger spread, then the spread causes buys to be higher than my entry price and vice versa for sells.
What's the best way forward?
Mate you have to pay the broker somehow, it's better to go with commissions though since spread ruins your trades

in my opinion previous low is the important Key Level ( that break or continue the trend )
and based on your first trade, your entry at previous high

In previous videos you show that when price comes back to a key level you wat for the retest then sell or buy, in this videos price shows to make a LL and then exhaust to retest LH but then price does not go down again but went up. what im getting to is that at that point you will take a sell but price went up, how did you know to take the buy and that it is a reversal...
according to me when price comes back to a key level or LH that is where price retests and go down how did you see this is a reversal and that price wont bounce off the key level
