they want you to hit a certain number because they want to save money...!! And they want to reward the ones that sell a lot and are able to do so! What they don't keep in account is that different stores have different amount of traffic that goes in and out of the store!

hey man, employees get the base pay of minimum wage per hour, and commission depends on the amount you sell. You need to hit a minimum before you get commission, I forget the exact number of it! Hopefully you get the job!
Where I am i get paid $8.50 + commission to get commission for me is sell $100 or more and that'll be $1 extra. But honestly working there full time is worth more Kuzz there's some slow days and you won't be gettin commission.
