- When it comes to the Transformers franchise, Optimus Prime steals the show more often than not. But you know what, the franchise, or shall I say, the universe of Transformers has many amazing beings and the most important of them has to be Primus, the god of the good guys. He is also the one who makes the planets of the Cybertronians. He is the creator of beings like the Thirteen Primes, but there’s so much more to him. While we have worked in another videos on his origin, etc., in this one, we will explore Primus’s extended family tree… starting from his father, his evil twin brother, his sister, to his creations, etc. So, without further ado, let’s begin.

Still not consulting fans I see. Also there are ways to get the A.I. voice to annunciate words like Energon = ener-jon. Still staying unsubscribed. Chris does it better.
I have always said, based on pronunciation, that Energon should be spelled Energeon. It also bugged me in the video that the pronunciation of Quintessan changed twice. My guess is that there was a typo in the script the AI used.
His Mispronunciation of the words kinda discredits what he is saying plus shouldn't the original series be what is cannon for the series their may have been 13 primes before Optimus but while they were alive at the same time they weren't primes at the same time !! A prime when he was about to die would pass the matrix to his trusted lieutenant who would become the new prime !!
You don't need AI to know how to pronounce the words and names just watch the shows !!!

Ok. Had to Stop Watching once it stated that Optimus Prime was one of the Original 13 Primes. "The Thirteenth Prime" or Just "13" was not Optimus. They looked Similar, And Less is Know about Thirteenth Prime than any of the others.....but it was not in any continuity Optimus Prime. Optimus Always started out as Orion Pax, who was Given the Matrix Of Leadership and Became Optimus. That is literally the only story event that is the same across all continuities. From G1 to the Latest Transformers One Movie.

Optimus Prime is NOT one of the original 13 Transformers.
Depends on which continuity you look at. In some of them, Optimus is one of the 13. He then dies and is reincarnated as Orion Pax and has to earn the matrix to become Optimus Prime again

Which also explains why in Bayverse, the Decepticons killed & murder humans. Because they all originate from Unicron. Which is insane, but at least they all don’t have Dark Energon, that they would used against a Transformer.

I didn’t know primus and Unicron have a sister🤔, and you used a photo of the wrong Terrorcon, the ones created by unicron were the ones in the energon transformers cartoon, and he created the minicons in the transformers armada cartoon too💁🏻♂💯.
Then there is Primus' final incarnation. He was a... I think a therapist? I forget his name... Had glasses and big eye brows. I could be wrong. I just remember he had a collection of Ark ships on his wall and something about an ornament?

So I thought where does red energon come from? We only know it's natural and is really rare.
And I thought well they have a sister she's only shown in the shattered glass comics but wouldn't it make sense if Red energon was her blood.

Gaea the progression of life.
While Unicron is the end of life.
Wouldn't know what she'd be the god of?

Would she be balance& complexity the middle ground? who knows thats what I'd do anyways lol?
Iirc, her blood is rarified energon. The tfwiki explains it better but it sounds like the stuff transformers are made out of and it's non renewable and therefore quite precious.
I don't know what she would represent in terms of cosmic balance though. All I know is she helped save the day after waiting millenia to be needed

Not to mention the shattered glass transformers have different names for things like.
Sparks being embers
Space bridges being stellar spanners.
Am thinking if we were to add her into the lore today like red energon doesn't have a origin we could mix the two.

@@afanofstuff9123 so with nexus prime being a multiversal constant, do you mean a multiversal singularity where there's only one of him across all universes? If so, how is that even possible? I thought the sg universe only came into existence when nexus split the universes which is why it's the one universe with an evil primus. I'll be honest I don't fully understand what happened, all I know is that each universe had their own set of primes afterwards. If you didn't mean multiversal singularity then I'm super duper confused
Also I really like the idea that gaea'a blood could be red energon. Especially if the hyperspeed abilities it grants could tie into her own abilities. Maybe a god-like planet-sized transformer moving at hyperspeed would be overpowered but she could be a pacifist or weaker than her brothers to make up for it

Only one in the whole multiverse which meant each universe had different Primes like logos prime or had no primes because well the 13 were elsewhere to keep fighting the same Unicron which later on would be changed.
Not to mention the number of primes wasn't set in stone yet like alchemist wasn't invented yet but meccadams oil house was so they retcond him as alchemist lol.
Basically nexus prime was told his sword was too strong because the whole being able to destroy a universe thing.
Anyways nexus who's a combiner split himself into his five components and then sent the components into the multiverse to protect the five parts of his sword.
I don't know if he made the shattered glass universe am not sure but I do know it was retcond that it always existed because of the primus vanguard.
But he basically just hid a piece in the shattered glass universe which started evil Magnus's hunt for the pieces.
@@afanofstuff9123 that makes sense that it was those events that kickstarted evil magnus' malicious quest for power. But the whole singularity thing blows my mind and I'm glad hasbro fixed it. Maybe now solus prime won't keep dying in every timeline. In fact I think there's one where she and alchemist survive the downfall of the primes and then help solomus build some magic city or something? I can't remember exactly but it was just nice that she wasn't killed by megatronus for a change

Couldn't finish what could have otherwise been an interesting lore-dive. The lazy reliance on AI narration killed it for me. Mispronounciations and horrible cadence made this unwatchable. Such a shame.
I wish Gaea could be animated in a cartoon or movie

@@javiersantanaaviles5885 doubtful because she only exists in the shattered glass comics. in the main comics the one devided an energon singularity in two one given to primus the other given to Unicron and then Primus created 13 energon singularities which were created from his own Energon singularity spark to create the 13 primes. and out of the 13 original primes only 4 remain
1. Megatronus prime (the fallen, the first terrorcon and disciple of Unicron)
2. Vecter prime (the first aeribot)
3. Alpha Trion (the former leader of the council of the primes and Optimus' mentor)
4. Optimus prime (formally Orion pax a clerk for the knights of Iocon before being made a prime during the end of the dynasty of the primes)
in the old comics Vecter Prime and Alpha Trion led cybertron along side younger primes, i'm not too sure if Alpha Trion was behind the enslavement of the decepticons prior to the war of cybertron

Evil magnus goes on a multiversal quest to find the 5 pieces of nexus primes sword after the prime splits the universes (stopping the 13 from being multiversal singularities). This happens in the transformers multiverse which means sg must also be linked in some way. Or maybe I'm delusional, who knows?

@@Wing-Zero-si1eu the matrix of leadership ironically wasn't made to do that, it was supposed to be a repository of the singularity sparks of the primes. the Allspark created regular transformers the matrix created primes but Optimus found a way to use it as a weapon.
the idea is that a regular transformer could be reformated into a prime by the matrix of leadership which is how hotrod went from being a simple autobot scout to Rodimus prime the younger brother and heir of Optimus

The transformers Mythology and history is bigger than the lord of the rings and or game of thrones, but it is fragmented, contradictory and separated by various universes and reinterpretations, each adding a layer to the next iteration.
The great war alone lasted millennia and could tell stories of triumph and villainy, heroes and villains for decades.
But Transformers being considered and being really a kids first franchise lack the allure of the more mature lord of the rings and game of thrones, but dismissing its mythology and history as lesser is a big mistake.
A few things wrong or misleading here and there, like how the optimus prime we know is only a reincarnation of the thirteenth prime in that specific universe. But overall, very informative.
I hate to watch videos where people pronounced wrong words... if you are a transformers fan you will never hear ener - gon ... dude its pronounced ener- jon.smh

I didn't know Gaea is the sister of Primus and Unicron.
She was first introduce in the final years of Fun Publications' take on Shattered Glass. Basically, she is the female Primus to SG Primus' "evil Unicron-style" and was hidden inside the Earth like Unicron was in Transformers Prime and the Last Knight.🌎

If I'm not mistaken, the classics universe had a good primus and gaea with an evil unicron while the sg universe had an evil primus and heroic unicron
