They just updated this mod with helipads that work just like a personal fast travel point. I'm definitely downloading this...I have yet to actually fly in a vertibird yet.
I made the red rocket truck stop into a fully operational defensive military enclave outpost with mods but it's worth it, it now has huge concrete walls all around it, gunner stations for mini guns a black enclave vertibird and sandvags and sleeping quaters/barracks and watch out towers and enclave soldiers reserving it. I haven't been attacked yet though I wanna be attacked though to see how well it can be deffended I'm really proud of it. It's my favourite settlement so far
Louis Reese gay, that place is small and if you know anything of military tactics that place is an outpost, a dump, sanctuary hills has a natrual barrier, which i enforced with walls and a wall mod as well for a secondary defense with barb wire concrrte walls, wall turrets, spot lights surrounding the base, its really fuckin awesome to be blunt, and of course, enclave soilders, hellfire, sigma, vertibird landing pads, 😎, now, if i could just find a gosh damn mod that would increase settlement attacks, i wouldnt have to stand around all day looking pretty smoking my cigars with my cigar mod....im on x box one by the way.....any help plz lol, these fuckin soilders are getting paid to stand around a pretty base, i really wanna test the defenses and see how long they can hold without me lifting a finger to pull a trigger

i dont use fast travel, i can but i like to use vertibirds because its cool and you can see locations on the ground you didn't see, i found stuff in the glowing sea when i went from virgils cave to sanctuary

in one ver i had a choice to command it to circle in 1area, when i worked for Bos & clean the are, no 100% control, but it was possible to tell pilot to circle in this are or was it automatic, don't remember, but after patches & DLC'S i noticed they only go form point A to point B

Minute men can be lead by men and have been with previous leaders before the sole survivor. The generals have all been males from what I have found so far. The Institute, The Brotherhood's main opposition, is lead by a male in addition to having 2 out of the 3 division leaders being male as well. The Gunners are commanded by a male. The only big dog factions that clearly have female leadership are The Railroad and maybe some pockets of Raider groups. They don't really count because they are enemies with everyone but one of the MAIN Brotherhood enemies are green skins....if they don't scream testosterone to you then maybe you need to lay off Hancock's stash for a while... Having a "submit to our ideas of order or be killed" mentality shouldn't strictly be considered "old masculine male" that mindset is as bland as feminism in this case haha. It makes sense that your robot companion can't get on the plane because she has no hands or fingers she can't pull herself up so that makes a lot of sense humans can do it cuz they have hands and she since she has no hand animation I don't think she would be able to do that
I'm pretty sure you can get a Vertibird with all factions. The Brotherhood, of course, but I know for a fact that the Minutemen and Railroad get Vertibirds after they destroy the Prydwen. Preston said another settlement needs my help after I destroyed the Prydwen, but then he said they found an intact Vertibird with signal grenades, same thing with the Railroad, but I'm not sure about the Institute.

we need a mod that either replaces the vertibird with the classic FNV and F3 vertibird, or a mod that replaces the vertibird with a helicopter, like the UH-1 or a Black Hawk. We already know that Helicopters did exist in Fallout because of the appearance of a Helicopter in tactics, so why not add them in Fallout 4?
It has an item craftable in chemlab. It is calle recall and command vertibird. That item is added to Aid items list and lets you recall your VB and give it other orders.

This will help with the enclave base in making in the Glowing Sea thanks to the conquest settlement mod

Went from 34-5 FPS use the air support.

I had to unlock the ability to build special settlement items like the mortar.

Actually the vertibirds that the brotherhood lets you fly in have no hit detection and basically also take no damage, still a cool mod though
i think i like this better then bike mod lol, rides correctly & also build is almost right, no grenades like the ATV build

There's actually a canon explanation for that: the fallout 3 vertibird model is a the v-1 gunship whereas the fallout 4 model is the v-2 transport
