  • After years of physical pain, mental anguish and addictions, Bhava Ram, an accomplished journalist injured beyond repair, was inspired and brought back from the brink of no return by three simple words of his son: "Get up, Daddy." It was the tipping point in Ram's life to immerse himself in the mantra of "mind, body and spirit." Practicing yoga and relying on the forces of positive thinking, Ram's experience teaches us that anchoring ourselves in positive motion will allow the world will rise up to meet us.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. I am now reading warrior pose after a career in bull riding and other extreme sports karate and judo . At 60 years old I have realized how I suffered in ego driven self abuse. I now study the dhamma and learning to be at peace. I love this book as it inspires the human potential to just be. Thank you Bhagalpur Ram ...namaste

Really powerful and beautiful transformation. So happy to see that so many people out there are triumphing over their fears/shadows/darkness by actually facing them and embracing them, and not feeding them. Let's hope we all learn from such inspirational stories that nothing is ever set in stone, and that change IS possible, we just have to want it.

    We create our world!
We use mantras day by day without even being aware of it!
Listen to your thoughts and become aware of what you are telling yourself day by day! These are the mantras that build your word! Use mantras that are powerful and positive!
To live a wonderful and proper life is our birthright!
Health, Wealth and Happiness for everyone ❤️🙏

This is NOT Hinduism. Sorry. This is age old sanatani knowledge which we some Indians follow and believe in. Those who do not know or study that old knowledge and scriptures are just filling themselves. Santani knowledge is eternal and logical. It is a culture which is destroyed by greedy monarchs/kings and followers of Abrahamic religion.

We are all children of God. Your son has played Vishnu and spoke three words of wisdom. "get up, daddy" has transformed you. Well done to your son, he did what Vishnubhagavan does - blow the conch - to protect, serve and fight for humanity.

Technically these aren’t mantras, they’re affirmations, a mantra doesn’t have a specific meaning, it’s a pure sound vibration. Enjoyed the talk nonetheless.

Men need to feel like men, men is designed to dii in masculine work if they don’t feel then a bad habbit or ocd starts.
Same with women they need to feel feminine so that their energy cycle complete and feel like complete.
Bottom line every one including kids want to feel creative useful almost everyday
