I tried explaining to him they are already condemned but said I need to “season it with love” I told him this is love. He also did the woman at the well garbage using it as an excuse that Jesus never condemned sin. I pointed out Jesus asking the woman to get her husband was condemning
Thank God for your courage to go out there. Nonetheless your message did not sound convicting, it only sounded condemning and I don't think any of them turned from doing what they went there to do. How about you read the scriptures when you get there? The word of God is active, alive, sharper than two edged sword...... you know the rest. They don't understand what you're saying because they've been blinded by the prince of this world. God doesn't condemn them, but he does want to draw them to himself. If you're going to stand there, then be the man who's standing in the Gap. Pray and Read while you're there and let the holy spirit does it work. It seems to me that you're working out of your own flesh right now. The human spirit can read another human spirit- no one is reading love and concern from your spirit now. Please pray and keep praying while you're out there; read & keep reading while you're out there. May the Lord lead you.
If you listen closer I’m preaching the word of God.... it’s condemning because they are condemned already. And I have no power to change hearts and minds. God has commanded me to preach the word, and the spirit takes the word and does as He pleases. This is loving and standing in the gap. Being a voice and warning them to flee from the wrath to come
