Those chess pieces on the loading screen show up in the cut scene when darkness prevails and light expires in the first fight in the keyblade graveyard, not after you beat the game.
@@SeanGA1 I think the fortellers luxu and the master of masters are the seven black pieces and I like this guy I do but I feel he's basing too much off if KHUx but your right that cutscene was called the past when the one white piece was surrounded by the 13 black and Eraqus moved it back and the other seven appear your right but I believe the next is gonna be more focused on sora because at the very end when Eraqus says "Oh I heard of this new game" proceeded to place down 7 black pieces Xehanort asks Eraqus "7 black, now what?" Eraqus smiles as we get a view from under him "just watch" places 1 white piece down as the cutscene ends at least that's what I'm seeing
JSkeleton yeah, as mentioned the screenshot is from a different scene when Sora summons the help of the dandelions to defeat the giant demon tornado thing. The ending where it shows the new 7 darknesses is not tied to the screenshot at all but I do appreciate the effort you put in to the theory.
I got to thinking what could possibility happen in the future and we do have hints all over the series. So I'll share my thoughts. Union cross - Time (past) to Present - Maleficent traveled back in time as shown in union cross from some point after being stabbed by the keyblade of heart in KH1. giving her the power to do so. She finds out from xehanort about this black box and so on. This is why in kingdom hearts 3 she is looking for it and even shows up in the epilogue. This is something no one is looking for unfortunately, However being a huge fan of the series i have not disregarded this so easy. In some of the secret reports, in report 11 it is said " of course, a certain lady of magic summoned here from the future knows more than I do" when referring to how the 5 escaped to another world-line. I believe this is Maleficent. - Brain has been recently confirmed to be "The virus who wishes to change the way the world works" and is referred too within secret report 11 as well. "One of the Five is an imposter, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote.The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline." This should give us an idea of what has happened in union cross that we still don't know much about. - Strelitzia has to be the nameless star because she can not be the girl who was named X due to the statement of "4 friends and a keyblade" as shown in secret report 1. reasons for her being the nameless star as many and I do agree with most of what people are saying although the "Pining for another" has me thinking love its too much of a choice of wording and is the throw off for me. Did you ever notice how Skuld has a star for earrings? Besides that To be in final world means you lost your heart and body , she would be just a will. making complete sense for it to be Strelitxia. - Skuld has to be the girl they called "X" Although alot of people are saying it could be Ava , here is why that isnt possible. "Four friends, and a key: referring to her time as a union leader. Ava would have vanished after the keyblade war with the other foretellers. The two boys that would go to see her would be Lea and Saix. In secret report 3 it says " Her words suggest that she departed her home world with others, though she cannot recall the names of her erstwhile companions. referring to when the dandelions traveled to another world-line. She also says "May your heart be your guiding key" confirming shes from the union cross era. With that said we can gather traveling to another world-line makes you lose your memories of your own world-line. - Ephemer being the one circled in red by the master of master to get a Book of Prophecies, and being some type of spirit of will with that of the keyblade war's wielders looks slim for him however when you think of characters like Terra it can give more of an idea of what may have happened to him exactly. we will have to wait for more updates in union cross for more lore development however expect him to be a major character going forward. - Lauriam & Elrena should be all given that now they will recall who they were and look for Strelitzia. That said Only sora knows that she is within "Final World" and the Nameless star (Strelitzia) gave him a name. which wont be story focused due to traveling the world-line and losing all memories of their own world-line. - Kairi keeps saying all game how it is her turn to protect sora, its her turn to fight. This has me thinking that she will be getting some type of story coming maybe bridging the arc between future titles. The fact that it was her light that was able to reverse time for a redo. makes her a strong candidate for detail on wtf just happened. judging by past games of the series we can expect it. I still think Merlin taught her something unique. - Riku & Mickey would be great to play as while they are doing their own missions to Hollow Bastion explaining the in between off screen of sora,donald & goofy. Although i believe this could be a DLC I would love it to be like how they did dream drop distance. - Sora waking up in "the world ends with you" judging by how others were effected by traveling to another world-line if "X" is Skuld and anything to go by. Sora has lost all memories of everything... again and this fact hurts so much cause it really already feels like what will happen to start up the next game KH4 from level 1. Riku going to save him Again would also the same kinda long shot both stuck in the reapers game. - Venus having traveled world-lines has no memory of the other world-line yet talking with chirithy would give us soooooo much lore which is why we dont see it. however at the end of KH3 they are reunited with each other. so I wonder how that will play within the land of departure with Aqua and Terra. - Demyx is not to be forgotten in all of this as it was confirmed that him along with Luxord,Larxene,Marluxia are all confirmed to be from the Union cross era. Him being benched this game just leaves that fact that he is still Norted and still a nobody not to mention having ties to that era would mean that he is a keyblade wielder. One that if you were to put his hair down and dye it black would look a lot like brain. Xigbar & foretellers were all seen at the end gathered but missing Ava as a new chess game begins with 7 dark pieces representing the foretellers and the master of masters. this in turn is plot set up for something much bigger. also could mean the foretellers also traveled to another world-line but somehow were able to keep their memories. or under their masks they are characters we already know... - Master of masters is on another world-line entirely from where we have been so far within the story. Which is why we have not seen him. and i do believe that Xigbar somehowsent "X" to him. With all that said it is clear the dandelions will encounter Maleficent and brain will plot some kind of scheme, depending on his demise or survival we can determine the outcome of union cross although not the exact aftermath of the event. We do know a keyblade war is needed for some reason to open up the way to enter a new world-line from my understanding of how it has been presented. which could be why xehanort found interest in it.Could the first of the Xehanorts be Ephemer?

JSkeleton Honestly hate that I thought I’d get satisfaction after completing the most anticipated game for me of all time, yet to have that feeling stripped away and replaced with more anticipation for KH4 thru however many games is needed to finally complete Soras fucking story.
@@JSkeleton It better be much better character interaction than what we got in KHIII. I swear, I SWEAR the ONLY character that got a good reunion was Axel. Maybe Terra, if we didn't see it coming. But Axel's entire reaction to Xion and Roxas THE ENTIRE THING was so well done. Him trying to save his friends, his reaction to seeing Roxas the sheer joy, then him breaking down into tears AGAIN it was so well done much better than Aqua and Ventus, and Ventus and Sora lol. And they gave Sora some REALLY good moments of getting _angry_ here. So it's entirely possible he'd blow up at the Master for having manipulated these events, and making it seem HE was the bad guy. I know for certain Riku at least would have a few choice words to say. I just hope the dialogue gets better lol.

*NOTE* It has been brought to my attention that we DO have confirmation of Strelitzia being Laurium's Sister. This is found in Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] - Quests 851 - 855. Which was translated from Japanese to English. So THIS fact IS clear, though I was strong on it being Lauirum's Sister, I did think the idea of it being a plot twist and being Elrena's Sister was a cool idea, which is why I mentioned it, even though I didn't think that was the case haha. I apologize for not being able to confirm this prior to the Video's release. I couldn't for the life of me find this info for some reason. Again, my apologies! Furthermore, I realize now the screen with the 7 Star Pieces occurs before Ephemer shows up, but Eraqus DOES say something along the lines of bringing the lights of the past into play as he makes those pieces appear. So I still believe everything is relevant nonetheless, and that this was just the beginning of bringing the Dandelions back. That they will in the end of the next Saga, be the ones that help Sora defeat the Master of Masters, Luxu, and the corrupted Foretellers. That said, thankfully this was something minor that was more of a side thought in the video. Hope you guys enjoy the main ideas presented! :)
I don’t know how to spell her name but maybe Ava will not be one of the 7 chest piece maybe Riku will join the fight some how because he was seen in they secret ending with Sora I think Riku will be in KH4 or maybe KH3.2 or KH480%69 🤣
lights of the past was referring to the fallen keyblade wielders that ephemer summoned. right after that sequence ventus even said "the lights of the past", the chess screenshot you were showing holds no relevance at all to KH4. it is possible that you will be fighting alongside the dandelions but what you are showing doesnt prove anything because its a completely different scene
That chessboard loading screen is from inside of the game, the part where sora comes back from death and call upon the light of the past (other keyblade wielders) you can check on theater mode that is not something related to kh4
tbh the confusion on who's sister she was is understandable because a LOT of people looked way too much into the fact larx was in the world of frozen and just well hyped it up soooo much that there had to be a /reason/ she is in that world, all before the game even game out too.

I really like your theory. And I would love to see Ava as a light piece. I really like her. It also is a good plot twist for her to be the traitor - but I wonder how that matches with the movie at the point in which Luxu tells her who the traitor is. Also.. who would have thought that KHUX is so important. I am glad I started to play it and I am glad, they gave us so much jewels as a gift that it isn't really necessary to buy them.

That new chess piece scene is basically Eraqus (Square Enix - Nomura) telling Xehanort (Disney, as represented by one of their producers, who is also a Xehanort lookalike, Roy Conli) that they have a new game.
Nah, those "lights from the past" I think were specifically referring to the Union Cross keyblade wielders helping Sora defeat the big ole demon ball of doom or w/e we wanna call it. I doubt that's the new game being set up for KH4 on the chess board. In reality, I wouldn't be surprised if it'll be 7 darknesses against 13 lights. After all, we have more than 7 lights now technically, so if we just add a few more to the roster it'd make 13, and we'd have a nice little reversal of our previous "board". Maybe 7 darknesses and 13 lights make a different kind of keyblade than the xblade? Dunno. It most likely has to do with whatever's in the box. Maybe that clash is what'll open the box up? It's also yet to be revealed exactly what's in the box, but it could be the xblade-equivalent for the next saga of Kingdom Hearts. Only time will tell, but I don't think the 7 star pieces behind Sora's are the ones being set up for the next "board game".
I personally think it may be the reversal of numbers. 7 Darks vs 13 Lights. You have the dark pieces he mentioned, and you have Sora, Kari, Rikku, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Roxas, Axel, Xion, Mickey, Namine', Saix, and all they would need is one more to make 13 lights. Who knows... maybe Vanitas will come back as a good guy. Not saying I personally want him back as a good guy, but a lot of fans wanted a redemption arc for him.
@@SlyDoctorKH That is true. Not all need keyblades. But I just feel with the war that happened and stuff, it should be down to keyblades because of how important they made them out to be. Plus, I still feel like Sora's standard key must have a bigger role to play. His is so basic compared to everyone else's. With the exception of Mickey I guess. Plus making him seem like such a huge deal for wielding it and how the Heart's realm calls him the chosen one and such.
@@SlyDoctorKH My guess is because Luxu is taking the lead rather than the Master since he's the one gathering everyone on that side, just like Xehanort and Sora did on their sides. Maybe it's like Ven in that he's the last one to join the team before the big fight.
I think one of the most important cutscenes in kh3 was when larxene, marluxia, luxord, and demyx were all talking about their re recruitment into the organization and why when xemnas drops in and says their purpose is far greater. I don't think we've seen the end of xehanort or xemans at least. He has some idea of what is going on
Well, Nomura said that KH3 will end the Xehanort saga, which happened with his "return to the light". I do not think he will have any significant appearance again (maybe we will meet with them in The Last Word but even that is kinda unlikely). I think if someone will guide Sora, it will be Ephemer.
I thought the same thing at first, BUT someone pointed out that they doubt they'll start the next Saga with an in between game. Who knows though. It could go either way I suppose xD
Id be down if they did a Union X console game and just update it monthly to pass the time. Because it seems like alot of things done in the past is going to greatly effect the future of the of the game or have at least some kind of impact.
I thought we confirmed in the new cuteness that she was Laurium's sister. But I love the theory that the star pieces will be the dandelions, and you have a lot of evidence to back it up.

@@JSkeleton No my very first thoughts hearing the star was it was Strelitzia so it's nice to hear the theory from someone else backing it up. As for her being Laurium's sister, Union Cross Quests 851 - 855 I believe confirm she was, and that Elrena was her party member.
I'm pretty sure the Chirithy from the End of the World went back to Ventus in one of the ending cut-scenes so that could be something of relevance to this theory.
I just hope that besides the games focused on Sora and Riku as the MCs we'll also have games focused on Days trio and BBS trio in the future. It'd be cool for each team to have their own adventures running in parallel to each other
I'll tell you what I believe the new chest game represents 13 light vs 7 darknesses. The 7 darknesses are the 6 Ancient Fortellers and the Master of All Masters.

Xemnas said that it was Demyx, Luxord, Larxene and Marluxia who had the legacy of wielding a Keyblade. I personally feel they'll form the more likely core, especially being more established. Also I'm not sure if the chessboard loading screen is accurate to the new stuff, since that comes after the attack of the massive Demon Tower/the multiple Lich fights, and I think was meant to reference the pseudo time travel done to get the hearts/the KHUX moment dealing with the tower.
Does anyone think they will bring the “player” character into the story? I kno the creator said something about multiplayer in the future. Maybe an introduction? Idk I’m fishing here 🤷🏽♂️
Keith Hurst I was thinking the same thing, though I do not play these recent KH games due of lack of money and time. However, if the "player" as the chess piece of light, it would be difficult. Cause Sora is the main character throughout the series and in Cross, that is "you/player" are like the main protagonists to their own story. Plus, the "player" in the Union X, is well alive after the keyblade war, is sleeping somewhere in the realm of sleep or so I assume.
Well union x story is still going on as we speak so we honestly don’t kno what happens to the “player” yet. And I kno Sora is the main protagonist but that doesn’t necessarily mean the player can’t be jus as important to the story. With the success of the union x game I’m sure it crossed Nomuras mind. I mean it is a business as well
Maybe but Nomura said during an interview that he considers Kingdom Hearts to be Sora's story. Based on this I am pretty sure that sora will be the main character going forward. The only clue towards using "player" is during one of the last fights (I do not want to spoil too much so if someone played the game they should know what am I saying). Maybe the third heart inside Sora is the "player"???
Love this theory, It will be a good way for the current generation of key blade wielders to come together with the old. In the perspective of the old masters, yes, Ava must be the traitor. I think the Master and Luxu are tricking the rest of the masters that Sora, Ava and company are the true enemies. And the lost masters are manipulated to think they are the true guardians of light when they are really supporting the darkness, based from the Master's plan. When Luxu and Ava spoke, he told her the truth about the traitor and it seemed like something unexpected, so this could be it and interacting with the future wielders. Anyways, just started following channel but really like your stuff. Great work!

But just like how Luxu summoned the lost masters, maybe Sora has to use the power of waking to bring back Ava. It might be repetitive, but that's how I see it so far based on what we got. Seems like power of waking is a huge deal and theme that we might explore more of.

Maybe while rescuing her, Sora can only get her out by staying behind to hold off darkness from taking her or something. So not necessarily taking her place, but buying time for her to escape, maybe, and the ending was just a symbol of that. This could be false but I like to think of multiple possibilities especially when it comes to KH. I think when Brain said he's going to be the virus that rewrites destiny that he somehow turns himself into data. In this data form he opens a door from the age of fairy tales into the present, and so Ephemer, Skuld, and all those guys lost their memory and arrive at scattered points in the kh timeline. Brain himself is left behind in the data, and later starts going by the name Yozora. I also believe that the city in the secret ending is the same city seen on the cover of Kingdom Hearts III. Thoughts?
I think the reason why they killed off Sora at the end, is so he can get the chance to find and save all the lost souls of Ava's union, to bring them back to the present.
I honestly think they did it as a perfect excuse to keep his promise to Neku and send him to The World Ends With You. But they could very well tie in a journey through the realms of the dead and sleep in order to get back home and have him meet up with at the very least Ephemer again.
There is no 7v7, the 7 light pieces are symbolic of ephemer and company when they help Sora. From what we KNOW it’s 7v1, because Eraqus places Sora’s piece on the board at the very end of the clip.
You seem to have missed my point entirely. It’s very likely that there is going to be more than one light, I would even go as far as 99% saying Riku is one because of Yozora. But we don’t know that. We don’t really know anything. We know Xigbar is Luxu, that the lost masters play an important role somehow, and what vague information one could try to pull out of the Yozora scene. My point was that the only thing we currently know is that, if the whole chessboard-analogy is even used after KH 3, which I doubt since both Eraqus and Xehanort seem to be finished in the story at this point, it’s the seven masters v sora. It could be more, but speculating in who they are or how many of them there are is only that- speculating.
@@GryynGlo Well, considering that Riku was together with Sora in the new world, it is very likely that he will play a major role in the next saga. That and the fact that Kairi had no role in KH3 makes her a main character as well, at least I hope so. Else it makes no sense that they trained her. 4:06 I think that was just a screenshot from when Sora and his friends were killed. You see it now probably because the game held it back from being in your loading screen to avoid spoilers.
That is my bad for mistaking that BUT, I still don't see that as changing any of the theories and ideas presented. I think that part of the game was simply the START of bringing back all the Dandelions for the future. Just as Luxu brought back the Foretellers at the end.
Hopefully we don't have to wait years for the next kingdom hearts game. I remember they said that they are going to come out with DLC for KH3 hopefully your theory ties into it with the DLC or whatever because i also remember looking up articles saying that KH3 is "supposed" to be Sora's final story.
True! I think it'll be 3 years for KH4. Now that they have Unreal Engine 4 down pat and all! :) As for DLC Nomura mentioned bringing small update kind of stuff (assumingly things like Critical mode, maybe more end game Bosses, etc.) As for Big Story DLC, he said he's considering it but would rather start working on the next game! And those articles are bogus. Nomura said that Sora will still be the lead role moving past KH3. But KH3 IS the end of the Xehanort Saga. All that said, I hope we get something sooner than later haha
JSkeleton i predict that next KH game is a big first entry in next chapter(not any midquel or in-between) and we will see it in 3-4 years on new generations of consoles. Next KH game will be smth like a system seller for consoles.
I love the way u made up that theory and i totally agree with u... but read mines as well it involve the secret ending... I believe that is kingdom hearts takes a place in a universe of dreams or a universe generated by children dreams .. becuz i think miss-using the power of waking makes the user wake up from that dream .. i based it on what young xehanort said ( over using the power of waking makes u vanish from the world ) and by vanishing i think he means waking up in the real world .. FFXV title was ( fantasy based on reality .. considering Nomura was the producer ) so KH and FF or VR will collide in presequel as usual ... sorry for the long comment and forgive me for my bad english ( third language )

I'd like to see a new main character take the helm of the Kingdom Hearts franchise for the next saga. Also when the Foretellers were teleporting in it seemed like the exact opposite of the Portals of Darkness the Organization used. I think the next game will have the main character be a Dark Keyblade wielder that will further explore the relationship between Light and Darkness. Also I think the Chess pieces on the Dark side might very well be the Fortellers but theres also a slim chance they could also be the new Union leaders who came from those unions as well and it would kinda make sense. I dunno more so just wishful thinking on my part.
The seven lights behind Sora's piece represent the seven stars he speaks to, who are people from the past regardless of who they are. Namine is one of them. The scene was just a symbolic version of what was about to happen (sora wiped from the board after all his friends then recieves help from 7 stars). The girl he speaks to could be anyone. I assume it's the girl that Isa, Lea, Ansem and Ansem the wise discuss at points throughout the game. The "somebody" who she says put her there could be anyone but most likely Ansem the wise since Ansem said to him "you took the girl, and hid her". The identity and appearance of the girl is still unknown but when she mentions that her heart "pines for another" she could mean Isa who has also be changed. Based on everything that's actually been revealed so far i think this is a pretty good interpretation

@@JSkeleton it changes everything what do you mean. you spoke in the vid like those were the new pieces but they're not, those pieces are still from the first chess game they played. the only piece remaining from that game is soras, so those 7 pieces are not relevant to the new game they play
there's also the fact that demyx and luxord's somebodies are connected to the keyblade war and we might just not have seen them yet in the KHux episodes. maybe they're part of it too?
@JSkeleton There are several clues that potentially point Ventus as the one who killed Strelitzia. If you recall the line that Vanitas gives to Sora and Ventus at the end of his boss fight, he references a line about his choice and who he is. This is pretty parallel with the mysterious character that Maleficent discusses with at the end of Kingdom Hearts Union Cross X. Just my two cents.
Did you even watch the cutscenes? The star pieces came in aid of sora in the Keyblade Graveyard. The Keyblade wielders helped fight the massive demon tide
Personally, I do not believe that Square Enix would get rid of Sora like that because it would piss off all the fans of this game series unless it was to build up to a epic squeal to this game.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I was pretty sure that the scene with the pieces came as an in game cut scene just before Sora was rescued by the lights of the past. The chess pieces showed up on the board in parallel with them coming to Sora's aid, not as a compliment to the new 7 Darknesses in the next chess game we see Xehanort and Eraquas playing.
The path of Sora's Future Growth: If Hercules being prepared to lose his life for Meg, Eugene prepared to sacrifice himself for Rapunzel, and Anna prepared to sacrifice herself for Elsa is any indication, when Sora emerges from the Reaper's game victorious, he'll be a wiser, stronger and much more balanced and complete person, having learn that with great power comes great responsibility, the true meaning of being a Keyblade Master and how to be a man who will no longer just coax through life and truly become more active in making a better future, not just for sake of the worlds, but also for his and Kairi's as well. With their destinies now intertwined, Sora must be willing to commit to her and do a far better job of not dying on her or the countless people he befriended. I believe the Master of Masters could be an adult version of Sora, twisted by his dark experiences and loss, lacking the current Sora's will and heart, because that could be a major wake up call for Sora to commit to his growth for Kairi and everyone he holds dear. Not only that, this in turn will help Kairi grow as well, in terms of being a capable young woman, a PoH and as a Keyblade Wielder. In a way, she can be just as reckless as Sora, which I feel they need to work on together. What do you think?

Yes, that was my mistake missing that BUT, even if, it still doesn't change the theory. As I believe that was just the beginning of summoning the Dandelions back into play!
I think Strelizia is waiting for Lauriam on the final world. Ava is doing some secret stuff and I think Skuld is the girl who Lea and Isa wanted to save . Why skuld? Well if we go by motifs: Lea =Sun, Isa= Moon, Skuld= Star (the stars hanging from her belt on her skirt). Symbolism is huge in KH and that's why I think that subject X is Skuld.
A thought I had about the dark chess pieces. The one that appears to be a dragon and the one that is heart shaped. Could those not represent Maleficent and Pete? They were seen there overlooking Luxu and the others, we know Pete represents heartless and Maleficent can turn into a dragon. Let me know some thoughts
Those are the prices that show up when sora is all alone and represent the dandelions that help sora fight the dark tornado. They are also the 7 spirits in. The final world that you talk to as sora. They aren’t representation of a new game as those pieces were used to help in the previous chess game not a new one. They aren’t 7 new pieces of light.
See but did that image of the 7 other lights actually come up after you beat the game? Its the exact same imagine in the scene where Eraquse and Xehanort are playing the first chess game. Soras piece is surrounded by all the 13 darknesses, Xehanort says "Checkmate", Eraquse says "My move isnt it?" and moves Soras piece back to the start of the board. At which point these 7 pieces appear behind his piece and he says "I told you you might be surprised, there's more to light than meets the eye. Some light comes from the past." While it could be a reference to the next saga..I think its more likely that since that was a scene from the "first chess game", it's probably in reference to when Ephemer shows up to help Sora in the Keyblade Graveyard.
Yeah...I don't know. Ava makes sense to replace Blain/Brain and all, but I feel like Strelitzia would be another ruled out seeing as she's already dead. So, with two spots open if not Blain/Brain and not Ava, I feel like Demyx and Luxord would be the other two since they were hinted to be from the Age of Fairytales as well by Xemnas when talking about why those two, Marluxia, and Larxene were part of the Organization in the first place.
It could be possible. But we have to wait till we see something on a possible KH4 game. Cause we all know what’s in the box still and who is the master of master. Since we don’t know how he looks like without the hood.
I'm behind a lot of what you said but it would be weird for the 7 new lights to have Lauriam and Elrena and not Luxord and Demyx's somebodies. Xemnas said in KH3 that their somebodies were all part of an ancient keyblade legacy or something to that sort, that probably confirms that all 4 of them will have a similar story purpose in the next saga, right? Also Luxord got plenty of character development in KH3, just as much if not more, than Marluxia and Larxene (they were all the villains of a disney world)
Subject X is Skuld, because think Laurium and elrena showed up along with Skuld in Radiant Garden right after Terranort showed up. Remember Xehanort noted in the secret reports that Subject X showed up not long after him and she was about 15 which is about the same age ventus was.
Ava is Kairi, at a point in time between when she vanished and when she was rescued by Sora. Look at Kairi's color scheme. Look at her keyblade. Look at the bottom half of her face. Look at her height. Look at her "new vestments". Look at the hood on those vestments. Look at the EARS on the hood of those pink vestments. The Secret Report put her age at about 15, which would be reasonable for the time frame. Ava is Kairi.
Even though it hasn’t been shown in union x yet, it seems like demyx and Luxord are also going to have a connection to the dandelions. Xemnas makes a comment about why numbers 9-12 were chosen, indicating that they are connected. As much as I would like for stralitzia to come back and Ava to be good, the missing 2 might be the somebodies of demyx and luxord
Luxord's and Demyx's past hasn't been shown yet. It was implied that they also came from the same time as the other dandelions or from another time perhaps. Demyx's fate after KH3 is also a mystery since we didn't actually see him after he helped Vexen. :3
What about the player that is from KHUX , would it be one of the New Lights Chess Pieces or does it have a different role in the future as data? If that were indeed the case, than it would explain how in the worlds did Maleficent got in the book of prophecies and able to travel in the past or future since her heart got stab by Riku . Much like Kingdom Hearts Recoded.
Considering that No Name and the keyblades made from the Light/Dark clash look exactly alike, do you think that the original No Name that the Master of Masters gave to Luxu was from a previous keyblade war before the events of Union X?

@@01Danni10 -It can't be Xion for two reasons 1) She is in data form and restored by the Organization 2) (and the main) It is mentioned that that heart is older than Ventus. Ienzo mentions Roxas, says that Ventus is with him for about the same time and the third one is older than those. Which can't be Xion since she was made after the events of CoM, or around that time. So that heart has to be someone from before the events of BBS.- Nvm, I just watched that scene again and I kinda misunderstood. He mentions Roxas and says that there is one more with him for nearly as long. Yeah, it could have been Xion. Still, the very first cutscene with Xion showed no sign of her heart making a return, which is weird considering how Ven and Roxas got introduced.
Kurokami Ahm... No! Ienzo said that the 3rd was inside Sora's heart for far longer than the other 2, most of his Life actually! The 3rd could be Ven! Remember Sora shared his light to Ven when he was a new Born Baby and Ven's Heart went inside Sora when he is 4 Years Old! Unless he's carrying another Heart with him while on his way to his Body! 🤔 Anyway Ven's Heart pretty much sums up the 3rd Heart being "Far longer than the 2 for most of his Life"
The Fortellers believe in Luxu and thats the only reason they fight for him. No question they will be directed by our fam + the old dendalions (Laurium and so on ...) to understand whats good and bad
@JSkeleton I think we might not find out what's in KH's 4 till the story for KHUX has moved its story along to show us who had taken Strelitzia's place. Who knows maybe Luxu's role could have been bigger than we assumed. He could have killed Strelitzia and given her book to either Brain or Laurium and maybe the MoM's though as good and comical as he was, he had a much more ulterior motive to giving them their purpose was to spread doubt between the Foretellers and Luxu telling Ava who it was could be the MoM's himself was the traitor or even Luxu himself was. Everything has a pattern but the answers won't come to light till we find out more from their respective stories. Ava could be the traitor of their "light" by creating the Dandelions to be more of a front to throw the other foretellers on her scent. Ira was made leader while Aced was to be his right hand guiding him to become leader of Ira faltered, Invi was only to watch and judge based upon what she sees but to be fair in her judgement. And Gula was given a passage that there is a traitor but to see who strays from the paths they were given. None of the other Foretellers were given any other orders other than to not tell anyone else of what their role was. MoM's seems to be the plausible traitor OR Luxu/Braig was all along. Again speculations but still just wanted to throw those out there.
Some other theory's say that Ephimer and all that were killed by Luxu and this is what the secret boss was in KH3 Ephimers darkness after watching all his friends get killed somehow by Luxu I cant find the video that explains this but if you look around you should find it. I remember it said something about how the boss had a torn up scarf like Ephimer and Braig has a torn up scarf which is kinda a bandanna now so if that is true somewhere between the Union cross game and the next game in canon Luxu did something to the gang and killed them all .Yet again I can hadly remember the lore so ;-;
Isn't that scene with the 7 star chess pieces behind Sora from that moment in the game where Sora uses the power of previous keyblade wielders to defeat the Demon Tide? Wouldn't that be before the "new game" that Eraqus sets up in the epilogue?
I can say Ava most likely isn't Subject X but said subject is more likely Skuld. If this was Ava she'd mention five, not four friends due to Luxu being one of her friends as they all were prior to MoM leaving so Skuld does have the four she recalls. It also helps Skuld goes with the theming of Lea and Isa, them being the sun and moon, her being stars. Of course an alternative argument against X being Ava is that the foretellers really weren't friends but more so classmates, which I say has just as much of a chance due to them being willing to commence the keyblade war against one another. Though of course there's the case in Skuld that she also technically haves five, at least she does if we count the player or Brain. Of course I believe this can be written off as Brain being found out and is now considered an enemy or something happens to the player in UX that causes them to be erased from everyone's memories. That being said, I do very much believe it could be that Ava could end up in a Terranort situation. Luxu knows the same technique, it's the same keyblade, and infact he still has part of Xehanort's heart within him most likely. That being said I think it's safe to assume the last member could be Luxord's somebody since as of now Demyx hasn't been recompleted and Luxord is going to be recompleted and we know he and Demyx are also from that same time as Lauriam and Elerna. However of course nothing is stopping Luxu and co from taking an eighth in the form of Brain as Xehanort has more than 13, Demyx, Vexen, and Xion being reserves though of course Xion wasn't norted but still fought for darkness before coming back to the light so Brain could be in a situation like that somewhat. Then if Ephirmer is truly unable to be brought back to life that spot could be taken by Demyx's somebody since I feel like Demyx will eventually go back to being his original self.
Eh, I dunno if she'd consider Luxu a friend?? That said, you do have some solid points. I obviously can't say for sure who Subject X is for sure, but I think it could really go in either direction. Either it is Ava. It is Skuld. Or it's someone entirely different. But I'd be VERY surprised if it isn't Ava or Skuld. I don't mention Strelitzia cause I'm almost positive she's the Nameless Star.
JSkeleton Yeah, Stretlitzia is basically 99% the nameless star, too much lines up with her case. Skuld being Subject X just makes too much sense to me as well that I just can't see that being Ava (plus she has more potential reasons to say four friends than five friends than the amount of reasons Ava has). Considering all six foretellers trained together under the MoM's tutelage I'd say that could very much be the case they are friends, as before her confrontation with Luxu which leads her to denying Luxu's call in the epilogue they did consider him and the MoM to be close people to them, most likely friends. Nonetheless I would be heavily surprised as well if it turned out to be neither of them as that would just bring a ton more questions and the last thing we need is too many questions again that end up with not all of them being answered in the climax of the saga, case and point: Squall and his Reina stuff that was teased at the end of KH2.
That girl sora talks to in the final world is one of two possibilities, either Xion considering her name is forgotten and a somebody, which Xion would consider Roxas a somebody, at least more than herself, then the other option is the girl who vanished, the one axel and saix were looking for. I just don't think that Ava was the one that was talking to sora

The traitor being the Dark Side of the Master who wrote the Book of Prophesies to trick the other Masters to falling into darkness. Just like when Ventas was Split and created Venitas
1. i personally think that the nameless star IS subject x, be it skuld, strelitzia or ava, because sora seems to recognize the name of the person the star is waiting for, which might suggest that it’s lea & isa, the only people in a situation like that (that we know of and whose name sora would know). the line about “having their heart be replaced with another’s” would also apply to them in reference to their time as nobodies. 2. not really to do Much with the theory, but i would hope that maybe in the next saga, if the darknesses really are the foretellers we know, that it wouldn’t be as simple as darkness=evil and light=good, since the foretellers (unless manipulated but that would be basic and a bit of rehash who would want that) would be acting in the faith that They’re the good/light side and that sora & the gang were evil, and who doesn’t like some grey morality here and there?
Good theory! Although, it raises a question. Since we're probably gonna see Strelitzia, Laurium, Ven, Elrena, and Larxenne's normal self in the next saga, then how are Rku, Kairi, and the other gonna play out? Especially, Kairi since her Grandmother told her about the Keyblade War.
Kairi could turn to darkness though if you think about it because Sora went missing after he probably saved kairi ,and since kairi, I think has Ava's keyblade it could be she then turns to darkness since the master may promise to bring him back.
Just because the chess pieces are white and black doesn't mean it is necessarily light vs darkness. Also side note: when you defeat Marluxia, he says "So now it all comes back to me" - which means he might finally remember UnionX events.
I think I know what the Epilogue and the secret ending is leaning towards to. Luxu and the foretellers are going to split the worlds to different dimensions with each foreteller governing a certain dimension. Each dimension has twisted the worlds into a completely new worlds creating Amalgamations of worlds. However before that happens the warriors of light try to stop luxu and the foretellers but end up losing. Riku is the only survivor and wakes up in a new world. This world is FFXV however since the foretellers succeeding in splitting the worlds, the world of FFXV becomes Verum Rex world. Meanwhile Sora wakes up and finds out he is dead. He finds out that he is in Shibuya and ends up having to adapt in the TWEWY’s Laws. KH4 is going to go abandon Disney or give Disney properties a break. Sora will be playable however our main protagonist will be Riku. Sora’s arc was to find the power of waking and most of the worlds were Disney properties. Riku will have to learn the power of loss. KH4 will be Nomura’s second chance to redo FFVSXIII. This will also give him a new chance to create a new IP that they will be able to use. Riku will be visiting warped Final Fantasy worlds. Here we can get many “sequels” or alternate FF worlds. Our first world that we will be visiting is obviously Verum Rex. Also I would like to think that Sora will find Master Ava where she tells him that he is dead or that Kairi can not get revived. Riku will find MoM, MoM will tell Riku about the power of loss and realizing that Sora can not come back. Thus mirroring KH1 where Riku get trapped in the Realm of Darkness. This arc will be about death and might be the first Rating beyond E+10 because Square Enix will not include Disney characters.
You may think I am nuts but Demyx is the only member of both organization without a background so far. I think Demyx might either be the master or masters or ava in disguise.

Omg, if Ava is the traitor, the whole “Subject X” name given to her in the secret reports coincides with the Lost Page from Back Cover describing the traitor to be the one who bears the sigil (or “X”). We were intentionally misled to believe it was Xehanort who was the traitor. I agree with JSkeleton about Ava’s intentions being for the good, but I also believe that this betrayal hasn’t happened yet either.
Luxord is going to be in kh union he gave sora the card plus in the recent union cross brain said that he will be the parasite that will rewrite the book of prophicies witch happened in kh3 brian changed the ending i believe master eraqus is a decendent of brain
I'm not a hardcore fan but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I think the master of masters is xigbar because he has an eye patch over his eye and we know the master of masters put his eye into a keyblade according to secret report 13. Does this seem plausible to anyone?
I really believe that every single one of them might be the seven lights, maybe with the exception of Ava, idk, it just doesn't feel right, she's being behind Sora, and + I strongly believe that her part is done! And more, Skuld is an enigma, since Lea and Isa were looking for a girl, in RG, and which apparently was used as subject for Ansem The Wise studies, I think that, excluding all the other possibilities it might be Skuld, but how would she had survived for so long? Maybe her heart travelled through time just like Xehanort, or like the others Foretellers? I really excited to see whats coming up in the next KH. However, I believe that SE will probably do some remakes from KH1 and KH2. And honestly I wouldn't complain!
Remember that the Organization XIII members, other than Roxas, have memories or some memories of their past selves. So the one who murdered Streletzia cannot be related, and has to be someone who has lost their memories or hasn't been revealed yet.

Eraqus smiles as we get a view from under him "just watch" places 1 white piece down as the cutscene ends at least that's what I'm seeing
JSkeleton yeah, as mentioned the screenshot is from a different scene when Sora summons the help of the dandelions to defeat the giant demon tornado thing. The ending where it shows the new 7 darknesses is not tied to the screenshot at all but I do appreciate the effort you put in to the theory.

I got to thinking what could possibility happen in the future and we do have hints all over the series. So I'll share my thoughts.
Union cross - Time (past) to Present
- Maleficent traveled back in time as shown in union cross from some point after being stabbed by the keyblade of heart in KH1. giving her the power to do so. She finds out from xehanort about this black box and so on. This is why in kingdom hearts 3 she is looking for it and even shows up in the epilogue. This is something no one is looking for unfortunately, However being a huge fan of the series i have not disregarded this so easy.
In some of the secret reports, in report 11 it is said " of course, a certain lady of magic summoned here from the future knows more than I do" when referring to how the 5 escaped to another world-line. I believe this is Maleficent.
- Brain has been recently confirmed to be "The virus who wishes to change the way the world works" and is referred too within secret report 11 as well. "One of the Five is an imposter, someone the Master did not choose. They represent a virus in the program he so carefully wrote.The virus has begun a strange undertaking: a reckless plot to allow the Five to escape into another worldline." This should give us an idea of what has happened in union cross that we still don't know much about.
- Strelitzia has to be the nameless star because she can not be the girl who was named X due to the statement of "4 friends and a keyblade" as shown in secret report 1. reasons for her being the nameless star as many and I do agree with most of what people are saying although the "Pining for another" has me thinking love its too much of a choice of wording and is the throw off for me. Did you ever notice how Skuld has a star for earrings? Besides that To be in final world means you lost your heart and body , she would be just a will. making complete sense for it to be Strelitxia.
- Skuld has to be the girl they called "X" Although alot of people are saying it could be Ava , here is why that isnt possible. "Four friends, and a key: referring to her time as a union leader. Ava would have vanished after the keyblade war with the other foretellers. The two boys that would go to see her would be Lea and Saix. In secret report 3 it says " Her words suggest that she departed her home world with others, though she cannot recall the names of her erstwhile companions. referring to when the dandelions traveled to another world-line. She also says "May your heart be your guiding key" confirming shes from the union cross era. With that said we can gather traveling to another world-line makes you lose your memories of your own world-line.
- Ephemer being the one circled in red by the master of master to get a Book of Prophecies, and being some type of spirit of will with that of the keyblade war's wielders looks slim for him however when you think of characters like Terra it can give more of an idea of what may have happened to him exactly. we will have to wait for more updates in union cross for more lore development however expect him to be a major character going forward.
- Lauriam & Elrena should be all given that now they will recall who they were and look for Strelitzia. That said Only sora knows that she is within "Final World" and the Nameless star (Strelitzia) gave him a name. which wont be story focused due to traveling the world-line and losing all memories of their own world-line.
- Kairi keeps saying all game how it is her turn to protect sora, its her turn to fight. This has me thinking that she will be getting some type of story coming maybe bridging the arc between future titles. The fact that it was her light that was able to reverse time for a redo. makes her a strong candidate for detail on wtf just happened. judging by past games of the series we can expect it. I still think Merlin taught her something unique.
- Riku & Mickey would be great to play as while they are doing their own missions to Hollow Bastion explaining the in between off screen of sora,donald & goofy. Although i believe this could be a DLC I would love it to be like how they did dream drop distance.
- Sora waking up in "the world ends with you" judging by how others were effected by traveling to another world-line if "X" is Skuld and anything to go by. Sora has lost all memories of everything... again and this fact hurts so much cause it really already feels like what will happen to start up the next game KH4 from level 1. Riku going to save him Again would also the same kinda long shot both stuck in the reapers game.
- Venus having traveled world-lines has no memory of the other world-line yet talking with chirithy would give us soooooo much lore which is why we dont see it. however at the end of KH3 they are reunited with each other. so I wonder how that will play within the land of departure with Aqua and Terra.
- Demyx is not to be forgotten in all of this as it was confirmed that him along with Luxord,Larxene,Marluxia are all confirmed to be from the Union cross era. Him being benched this game just leaves that fact that he is still Norted and still a nobody not to mention having ties to that era would mean that he is a keyblade wielder. One that if you were to put his hair down and dye it black would look a lot like brain.
Xigbar & foretellers were all seen at the end gathered but missing Ava as a new chess game begins with 7 dark pieces representing the foretellers and the master of masters. this in turn is plot set up for something much bigger. also could mean the foretellers also traveled to another world-line but somehow were able to keep their memories. or under their masks they are characters we already know...
- Master of masters is on another world-line entirely from where we have been so far within the story. Which is why we have not seen him. and i do believe that Xigbar somehowsent "X" to him.
With all that said it is clear the dandelions will encounter Maleficent and brain will plot some kind of scheme, depending on his demise or survival we can determine the outcome of union cross although not the exact aftermath of the event. We do know a keyblade war is needed for some reason to open up the way to enter a new world-line from my understanding of how it has been presented. which could be why xehanort found interest in it.Could the first of the Xehanorts be Ephemer?
Oh you also forgot about demyx and luxord. Xemnas said that they too held the ancient power if the keyblade.

JSkeleton Honestly hate that I thought I’d get satisfaction after completing the most anticipated game for me of all time, yet to have that feeling stripped away and replaced with more anticipation for KH4 thru however many games is needed to finally complete Soras fucking story.
@@JSkeleton It better be much better character interaction than what we got in KHIII. I swear, I SWEAR the ONLY character that got a good reunion was Axel. Maybe Terra, if we didn't see it coming. But Axel's entire reaction to Xion and Roxas THE ENTIRE THING was so well done. Him trying to save his friends, his reaction to seeing Roxas the sheer joy, then him breaking down into tears AGAIN it was so well done much better than Aqua and Ventus, and Ventus and Sora lol. And they gave Sora some REALLY good moments of getting _angry_ here. So it's entirely possible he'd blow up at the Master for having manipulated these events, and making it seem HE was the bad guy. I know for certain Riku at least would have a few choice words to say. I just hope the dialogue gets better lol.
What’s he gonna do? Master of Masters is probably super powerful. He’d swat him like a fly. I do want to see Sora fight Aced. Aced will go straight savage on him.

It has been brought to my attention that we DO have confirmation of Strelitzia being Laurium's Sister. This is found in Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] - Quests 851 - 855. Which was translated from Japanese to English. So THIS fact IS clear, though I was strong on it being Lauirum's Sister, I did think the idea of it being a plot twist and being Elrena's Sister was a cool idea, which is why I mentioned it, even though I didn't think that was the case haha.
I apologize for not being able to confirm this prior to the Video's release. I couldn't for the life of me find this info for some reason. Again, my apologies!
Furthermore, I realize now the screen with the 7 Star Pieces occurs before Ephemer shows up, but Eraqus DOES say something along the lines of bringing the lights of the past into play as he makes those pieces appear. So I still believe everything is relevant nonetheless, and that this was just the beginning of bringing the Dandelions back. That they will in the end of the next Saga, be the ones that help Sora defeat the Master of Masters, Luxu, and the corrupted Foretellers.
That said, thankfully this was something minor that was more of a side thought in the video. Hope you guys enjoy the main ideas presented! :)

lights of the past was referring to the fallen keyblade wielders that ephemer summoned. right after that sequence ventus even said "the lights of the past", the chess screenshot you were showing holds no relevance at all to KH4. it is possible that you will be fighting alongside the dandelions but what you are showing doesnt prove anything because its a completely different scene
That chessboard loading screen is from inside of the game, the part where sora comes back from death and call upon the light of the past (other keyblade wielders) you can check on theater mode that is not something related to kh4

tbh the confusion on who's sister she was is understandable because a LOT of people looked way too much into the fact larx was in the world of frozen and just well hyped it up soooo much that there had to be a /reason/ she is in that world, all before the game even game out too.

I really like your theory. And I would love to see Ava as a light piece. I really like her. It also is a good plot twist for her to be the traitor - but I wonder how that matches with the movie at the point in which Luxu tells her who the traitor is.

Eraqus (Square Enix - Nomura) telling Xehanort (Disney, as represented by one of their producers, who is also a Xehanort lookalike, Roy Conli) that they have a new game.
Nah, those "lights from the past" I think were specifically referring to the Union Cross keyblade wielders helping Sora defeat the big ole demon ball of doom or w/e we wanna call it. I doubt that's the new game being set up for KH4 on the chess board. In reality, I wouldn't be surprised if it'll be 7 darknesses against 13 lights. After all, we have more than 7 lights now technically, so if we just add a few more to the roster it'd make 13, and we'd have a nice little reversal of our previous "board". Maybe 7 darknesses and 13 lights make a different kind of keyblade than the xblade? Dunno. It most likely has to do with whatever's in the box. Maybe that clash is what'll open the box up? It's also yet to be revealed exactly what's in the box, but it could be the xblade-equivalent for the next saga of Kingdom Hearts. Only time will tell, but I don't think the 7 star pieces behind Sora's are the ones being set up for the next "board game".
I personally think it may be the reversal of numbers. 7 Darks vs 13 Lights. You have the dark pieces he mentioned, and you have Sora, Kari, Rikku, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Roxas, Axel, Xion, Mickey, Namine', Saix, and all they would need is one more to make 13 lights. Who knows... maybe Vanitas will come back as a good guy. Not saying I personally want him back as a good guy, but a lot of fans wanted a redemption arc for him.

I think one of the most important cutscenes in kh3 was when larxene, marluxia, luxord, and demyx were all talking about their re recruitment into the organization and why when xemnas drops in and says their purpose is far greater. I don't think we've seen the end of xehanort or xemans at least. He has some idea of what is going on
Well, Nomura said that KH3 will end the Xehanort saga, which happened with his "return to the light". I do not think he will have any significant appearance again (maybe we will meet with them in The Last Word but even that is kinda unlikely). I think if someone will guide Sora, it will be Ephemer.

Also I'm not sure if the chessboard loading screen is accurate to the new stuff, since that comes after the attack of the massive Demon Tower/the multiple Lich fights, and I think was meant to reference the pseudo time travel done to get the hearts/the KHUX moment dealing with the tower.

Keith Hurst I was thinking the same thing, though I do not play these recent KH games due of lack of money and time. However, if the "player" as the chess piece of light, it would be difficult. Cause Sora is the main character throughout the series and in Cross, that is "you/player" are like the main protagonists to their own story. Plus, the "player" in the Union X, is well alive after the keyblade war, is sleeping somewhere in the realm of sleep or so I assume.
Well union x story is still going on as we speak so we honestly don’t kno what happens to the “player” yet. And I kno Sora is the main protagonist but that doesn’t necessarily mean the player can’t be jus as important to the story. With the success of the union x game I’m sure it crossed Nomuras mind. Maybe but Nomura said during an interview that he considers Kingdom Hearts to be Sora's story. Based on this I am pretty sure that sora will be the main character going forward. The only clue towards using "player" is during one of the last fights (I do not want to spoil too much so if someone played the game they should know what am I saying).

Love this theory, It will be a good way for the current generation of key blade wielders to come together with the old. In the perspective of the old masters, yes, Ava must be the traitor. I think the Master and Luxu are tricking the rest of the masters that Sora, Ava and company are the true enemies. And the lost masters are manipulated to think they are the true guardians of light when they are really supporting the darkness, based from the Master's plan. When Luxu and Ava spoke, he told her the truth about the traitor and it seemed like something unexpected, so this could be it and interacting with the future wielders. Maybe while rescuing her, Sora can only get her out by staying behind to hold off darkness from taking her or something. This could be false but I like to think of multiple possibilities especially when it comes to KH. I think when Brain said he's going to be the virus that rewrites destiny that he somehow turns himself into data. In this data form he opens a door from the age of fairy tales into the present, and so Ephemer, Skuld, and all those guys lost their memory and arrive at scattered points in the kh timeline.
Brain himself is left behind in the data, and later starts going by the name Yozora. I also believe that the city in the secret ending is the same city seen on the cover of Kingdom Hearts III.

I think the reason why they killed off Sora at the end, is so he can get the chance to find and save all the lost souls of Ava's union, to bring them back to the present.
I honestly think they did it as a perfect excuse to keep his promise to Neku and send him to The World Ends With You. But they could very well tie in a journey through the realms of the dead and sleep in order to get back home and have him meet up with at the very least Ephemer again.

There is no 7v7, the 7 light pieces are symbolic of ephemer and company when they help Sora.
From what we KNOW it’s 7v1, because Eraqus places Sora’s piece on the board at the very end of the clip.
It can be 7v x number. Eraqus only places Sora then the cutscene got cut. We do not know the exact numbers, only know that one of them will be Sora.
You seem to have missed my point entirely. It’s very likely that there is going to be more than one light, I would even go as far as 99% saying Riku is one because of Yozora.
But we don’t know that. We don’t really know anything. We know Xigbar is Luxu, that the lost masters play an important role somehow, and what vague information one could try to pull out of the Yozora scene.
My point was that the only thing we currently know is that, if the whole chessboard-analogy is even used after KH 3, which I doubt since both Eraqus and Xehanort seem to be finished in the story at this point, it’s the seven masters v sora. It could be more, but speculating in who they are or how many of them there are is only that- speculating.

That and the fact that Kairi had no role in KH3 makes her a main character as well, at least I hope so. Else it makes no sense that they trained her. That is my bad for mistaking that BUT, I still don't see that as changing any of the theories and ideas presented. I think that part of the game was simply the START of bringing back all the Dandelions for the future. Just as Luxu brought back the Foretellers at the end.

I remember they said that they are going to come out with DLC for KH3 hopefully your theory ties into it with the DLC or whatever because i also remember looking up articles saying that KH3 is "supposed" to be Sora's final story.
True! I think it'll be 3 years for KH4. Now that they have Unreal Engine 4 down pat and all! :) As for DLC Nomura mentioned bringing small update kind of stuff (assumingly things like Critical mode, maybe more end game Bosses, etc.) As for Big Story DLC, he said he's considering it but would rather start working on the next game!
And those articles are bogus. Nomura said that Sora will still be the lead role moving past KH3. But KH3 IS the end of the Xehanort Saga.

I'd like to see a new main character take the helm of the Kingdom Hearts franchise for the next saga.
Also when the Foretellers were teleporting in it seemed like the exact opposite of the Portals of Darkness the Organization used. I think the next game will have the main character be a Dark Keyblade wielder that will further explore the relationship between Light and Darkness. Also I think the Chess pieces on the Dark side might very well be the Fortellers but theres also a slim chance they could also be the new Union leaders who came from those unions as well and it would kinda make sense. I dunno more so just wishful thinking on my part.

The seven lights behind Sora's piece represent the seven stars he speaks to, who are people from the past regardless of who they are. Namine is one of them. The scene was just a symbolic version of what was about to happen (sora wiped from the board after all his friends then recieves help from 7 stars).
The girl he speaks to could be anyone. I assume it's the girl that Isa, Lea, Ansem and Ansem the wise discuss at points throughout the game. The "somebody" who she says put her there could be anyone but most likely Ansem the wise since Ansem said to him "you took the girl, and hid her". The identity and appearance of the girl is still unknown but when she mentions that her heart "pines for another" she could mean Isa who has also be changed. Based on everything that's actually been revealed so far i think this is a pretty good interpretation

@JSkeleton There are several clues that potentially point Ventus as the one who killed Strelitzia. If you recall the line that Vanitas gives to Sora and Ventus at the end of his boss fight, he references a line about his choice and who he is. This is pretty parallel with the mysterious character that Maleficent discusses with at the end of Kingdom Hearts Union Cross X. Just my two cents.

Personally, I do not believe that Square Enix would get rid of Sora like that because it would piss off all the fans of this game series unless it was to build up to a epic squeal to this game.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I was pretty sure that the scene with the pieces came as an in game cut scene just before Sora was rescued by the lights of the past. The chess pieces showed up on the board in parallel with them coming to Sora's aid, not as a compliment to the new 7 Darknesses in the next chess game we see Xehanort and Eraquas playing.
The path of Sora's Future Growth:
If Hercules being prepared to lose his life for Meg, Eugene prepared to sacrifice himself for Rapunzel, and Anna prepared to sacrifice herself for Elsa is any indication, when Sora emerges from the Reaper's game victorious, he'll be a wiser, stronger and much more balanced and complete person, having learn that with great power comes great responsibility, the true meaning of being a Keyblade Master and how to be a man who will no longer just coax through life and truly become more active in making a better future, not just for sake of the worlds, but also for his and Kairi's as well. With their destinies now intertwined, Sora must be willing to commit to her and do a far better job of not dying on her or the countless people he befriended.
I believe the Master of Masters could be an adult version of Sora, twisted by his dark experiences and loss, lacking the current Sora's will and heart, because that could be a major wake up call for Sora to commit to his growth for Kairi and everyone he holds dear.
Not only that, this in turn will help Kairi grow as well, in terms of being a capable young woman, a PoH and as a Keyblade Wielder. In a way, she can be just as reckless as Sora, which I feel they need to work on together.

I think Strelizia is waiting for Lauriam on the final world. Ava is doing some secret stuff and I think Skuld is the girl who Lea and Isa wanted to save . Why skuld? Well if we go by motifs: Lea =Sun, Isa= Moon, Skuld= Star (the stars hanging from her belt on her skirt). Symbolism is huge in KH and that's why I think that subject X is Skuld.
A thought I had about the dark chess pieces. The one that appears to be a dragon and the one that is heart shaped. Could those not represent Maleficent and Pete? They were seen there overlooking Luxu and the others, we know Pete represents heartless and Maleficent can turn into a dragon. Let me know some thoughts

Those are the prices that show up when sora is all alone and represent the dandelions that help sora fight the dark tornado. They are also the 7 spirits in. The final world that you talk to as sora. They aren’t representation of a new game as those pieces were used to help in the previous chess game not a new one. They aren’t 7 new pieces of light.
See but did that image of the 7 other lights actually come up after you beat the game? Its the exact same imagine in the scene where Eraquse and Xehanort are playing the first chess game. Soras piece is surrounded by all the 13 darknesses, Xehanort says "Checkmate", Eraquse says "My move isnt it?" and moves Soras piece back to the start of the board. At which point these 7 pieces appear behind his piece and he says "I told you you might be surprised, there's more to light than meets the eye. Some light comes from the past." While it could be a reference to the next saga..I think its more likely that since that was a scene from the "first chess game", it's probably in reference to when Ephemer shows up to help Sora in the Keyblade Graveyard.

Yeah...I don't know. Ava makes sense to replace Blain/Brain and all, but I feel like Strelitzia would be another ruled out seeing as she's already dead. So, with two spots open if not Blain/Brain and not Ava, I feel like Demyx and Luxord would be the other two since they were hinted to be from the Age of Fairytales as well by Xemnas when talking about why those two, Marluxia, and Larxene were part of the Organization in the first place.

Subject X is Skuld, because think Laurium and elrena showed up along with Skuld in Radiant Garden right after Terranort showed up. Remember Xehanort noted in the secret reports that Subject X showed up not long after him and she was about 15 which is about the same age ventus was.
I just dont want Sora to have an unsatisfying resolution to his story like Tidas in FFX 😭
Ava is Kairi, at a point in time between when she vanished and when she was rescued by Sora. Look at Kairi's color scheme. Look at her keyblade. Look at the bottom half of her face. Look at her height. Look at her "new vestments". Look at the hood on those vestments. Look at the EARS on the hood of those pink vestments. The Secret Report put her age at about 15, which would be reasonable for the time frame. Ava is Kairi.
Even though it hasn’t been shown in union x yet, it seems like demyx and Luxord are also going to have a connection to the dandelions. Xemnas makes a comment about why numbers 9-12 were chosen, indicating that they are connected. As much as I would like for stralitzia to come back and Ava to be good, the missing 2 might be the somebodies of demyx and luxord

Luxord's and Demyx's past hasn't been shown yet. It was implied that they also came from the same time as the other dandelions or from another time perhaps. Demyx's fate after KH3 is also a mystery since we didn't actually see him after he helped Vexen. :3

Ienzo mentions Roxas, says that Ventus is with him for about the same time and the third one is older than those. Which can't be Xion since she was made after the events of CoM, or around that time. So that heart has to be someone from before the events of BBS.-
Nvm, I just watched that scene again and I kinda misunderstood. He mentions Roxas and says that there is one more with him for nearly as long. Yeah, it could have been Xion. Still, the very first cutscene with Xion showed no sign of her heart making a return, which is weird considering how Ven and Roxas got introduced.

The Fortellers believe in Luxu and thats the only reason they fight for him. No question they will be directed by our fam + the old dendalions (Laurium and so on ...) to understand whats good and bad
I don't know, while the next Saga does seem to focus on the past, Riku and that new guy, Yozora I think? Seem to be a big part of things to come.
@JSkeleton I think we might not find out what's in KH's 4 till the story for KHUX has moved its story along to show us who had taken Strelitzia's place. Who knows maybe Luxu's role could have been bigger than we assumed. He could have killed Strelitzia and given her book to either Brain or Laurium and maybe the MoM's though as good and comical as he was, he had a much more ulterior motive to giving them their purpose was to spread doubt between the Foretellers and Luxu telling Ava who it was could be the MoM's himself was the traitor or even Luxu himself was. Everything has a pattern but the answers won't come to light till we find out more from their respective stories. Ava could be the traitor of their "light" by creating the Dandelions to be more of a front to throw the other foretellers on her scent. Ira was made leader while Aced was to be his right hand guiding him to become leader of Ira faltered, Invi was only to watch and judge based upon what she sees but to be fair in her judgement. And Gula was given a passage that there is a traitor but to see who strays from the paths they were given. None of the other Foretellers were given any other orders other than to not tell anyone else of what their role was. MoM's seems to be the plausible traitor OR Luxu/Braig was all along. Again speculations but still just wanted to throw those out there.

Some other theory's say that Ephimer and all that were killed by Luxu and this is what the secret boss was in KH3 Ephimers darkness after watching all his friends get killed somehow by Luxu I cant find the video that explains this but if you look around you should find it. I remember it said something about how the boss had a torn up scarf like Ephimer and Braig has a torn up scarf which is kinda a bandanna now so if that is true somewhere between the Union cross game and the next game in canon Luxu did something to the gang and killed them all .Yet again I can hadly remember the lore so ;-;
Isn't that scene with the 7 star chess pieces behind Sora from that moment in the game where Sora uses the power of previous keyblade wielders to defeat the Demon Tide? Wouldn't that be before the "new game" that Eraqus sets up in the epilogue?

I can say Ava most likely isn't Subject X but said subject is more likely Skuld.
If this was Ava she'd mention five, not four friends due to Luxu being one of her friends as they all were prior to MoM leaving so Skuld does have the four she recalls. It also helps Skuld goes with the theming of Lea and Isa, them being the sun and moon, her being stars. Of course an alternative argument against X being Ava is that the foretellers really weren't friends but more so classmates, which I say has just as much of a chance due to them being willing to commence the keyblade war against one another.
Though of course there's the case in Skuld that she also technically haves five, at least she does if we count the player or Brain. Of course I believe this can be written off as Brain being found out and is now considered an enemy or something happens to the player in UX that causes them to be erased from everyone's memories.
That being said, I do very much believe it could be that Ava could end up in a Terranort situation. Luxu knows the same technique, it's the same keyblade, and infact he still has part of Xehanort's heart within him most likely. That being said I think it's safe to assume the last member could be Luxord's somebody since as of now Demyx hasn't been recompleted and Luxord is going to be recompleted and we know he and Demyx are also from that same time as Lauriam and Elerna. However of course nothing is stopping Luxu and co from taking an eighth in the form of Brain as Xehanort has more than 13, Demyx, Vexen, and Xion being reserves though of course Xion wasn't norted but still fought for darkness before coming back to the light so Brain could be in a situation like that somewhat. Then if Ephirmer is truly unable to be brought back to life that spot could be taken by Demyx's somebody since I feel like Demyx will eventually go back to being his original self.
Eh, I dunno if she'd consider Luxu a friend?? That said, you do have some solid points. I obviously can't say for sure who Subject X is for sure, but I think it could really go in either direction. Either it is Ava. It is Skuld. Or it's someone entirely different. But I'd be VERY surprised if it isn't Ava or Skuld. I don't mention Strelitzia cause I'm almost positive she's the Nameless Star.
JSkeleton Yeah, Stretlitzia is basically 99% the nameless star, too much lines up with her case.
Skuld being Subject X just makes too much sense to me as well that I just can't see that being Ava (plus she has more potential reasons to say four friends than five friends than the amount of reasons Ava has). Considering all six foretellers trained together under the MoM's tutelage I'd say that could very much be the case they are friends, as before her confrontation with Luxu which leads her to denying Luxu's call in the epilogue they did consider him and the MoM to be close people to them, most likely friends. Nonetheless I would be heavily surprised as well if it turned out to be neither of them as that would just bring a ton more questions and the last thing we need is too many questions again that end up with not all of them being answered in the climax of the saga, case and point: Squall and his Reina stuff that was teased at the end of KH2.
That girl sora talks to in the final world is one of two possibilities, either Xion considering her name is forgotten and a somebody, which Xion would consider Roxas a somebody, at least more than herself, then the other option is the girl who vanished, the one axel and saix were looking for. I just don't think that Ava was the one that was talking to sora

1. i personally think that the nameless star IS subject x, be it skuld, strelitzia or ava, because sora seems to recognize the name of the person the star is waiting for, which might suggest that it’s lea & isa, the only people in a situation like that (that we know of and whose name sora would know). the line about “having their heart be replaced with another’s” would also apply to them in reference to their time as nobodies.
2. not really to do Much with the theory, but i would hope that maybe in the next saga, if the darknesses really are the foretellers we know, that it wouldn’t be as simple as darkness=evil and light=good, since the foretellers (unless manipulated but that would be basic and a bit of rehash who would want that) would be acting in the faith that They’re the good/light side and that sora & the gang were evil, and who doesn’t like some grey morality here and there?

Although, it raises a question. Since we're probably gonna see Strelitzia, Laurium, Ven, Elrena, and Larxenne's normal self in the next saga, then how are Rku, Kairi, and the other gonna play out? Especially, Kairi since her Grandmother told her about the Keyblade War.
Kairi could turn to darkness though if you think about it because Sora went missing after he probably saved kairi ,and since kairi, I think has Ava's keyblade it could be she then turns to darkness since the master may promise to bring him back.
Just because the chess pieces are white and black doesn't mean it is necessarily light vs darkness. Also side note: when you defeat Marluxia, he says "So now it all comes back to me" - which means he might finally remember UnionX events.

I think I know what the Epilogue and the secret ending is leaning towards to.
Luxu and the foretellers are going to split the worlds to different dimensions with each foreteller governing a certain dimension. Each dimension has twisted the worlds into a completely new worlds creating Amalgamations of worlds. However before that happens the warriors of light try to stop luxu and the foretellers but end up losing. Riku is the only survivor and wakes up in a new world. This world is FFXV however since the foretellers succeeding in splitting the worlds, the world of FFXV becomes Verum Rex world. Meanwhile Sora wakes up and finds out he is dead. He finds out that he is in Shibuya and ends up having to adapt in the TWEWY’s Laws.
KH4 is going to go abandon Disney or give Disney properties a break. Sora will be playable however our main protagonist will be Riku. Sora’s arc was to find the power of waking and most of the worlds were Disney properties. Riku will have to learn the power of loss. KH4 will be Nomura’s second chance to redo FFVSXIII. This will also give him a new chance to create a new IP that they will be able to use. Riku will be visiting warped Final Fantasy worlds. Here we can get many “sequels” or alternate FF worlds. Our first world that we will be visiting is obviously Verum Rex.
Also I would like to think that Sora will find Master Ava where she tells him that he is dead or that Kairi can not get revived.
Riku will find MoM, MoM will tell Riku about the power of loss and realizing that Sora can not come back.
Thus mirroring KH1 where Riku get trapped in the Realm of Darkness.
This arc will be about death and might be the first Rating beyond E+10 because Square Enix will not include Disney characters.

Omg, if Ava is the traitor, the whole “Subject X” name given to her in the secret reports coincides with the Lost Page from Back Cover describing the traitor to be the one who bears the sigil (or “X”). We were intentionally misled to believe it was Xehanort who was the traitor. I agree with JSkeleton about Ava’s intentions being for the good, but I also believe that this betrayal hasn’t happened yet either.
Luxord is going to be in kh union he gave sora the card plus in the recent union cross brain said that he will be the parasite that will rewrite the book of prophicies witch happened in kh3 brian changed the ending i believe master eraqus is a decendent of brain

I'm not a hardcore fan but someone correct me if I'm wrong. I think the master of masters is xigbar because he has an eye patch over his eye and we know the master of masters put his eye into a keyblade according to secret report 13. Does this seem plausible to anyone?

Enlighten me please, just how old Ventus is if he lives before ancient keyblade war.
I really believe that every single one of them might be the seven lights, maybe with the exception of Ava, idk, it just doesn't feel right, she's being behind Sora, and + I strongly believe that her part is done! And more, Skuld is an enigma, since Lea and Isa were looking for a girl, in RG, and which apparently was used as subject for Ansem The Wise studies, I think that, excluding all the other possibilities it might be Skuld, but how would she had survived for so long? Maybe her heart travelled through time just like Xehanort, or like the others Foretellers? I really excited to see whats coming up in the next KH. However, I believe that SE will probably do some remakes from KH1 and KH2. And honestly I wouldn't complain!
Remember that the Organization XIII members, other than Roxas, have memories or some memories of their past selves.
So the one who murdered Streletzia cannot be related, and has to be someone who has lost their memories or hasn't been revealed yet.
