Just the sweetest act of kindness. Imagine if we all took the time to care. He says “something so small…”. He is wrong, it’s a huge act of kindness, but giving people always see it as small. How lucky they are to have him at bus company.

I retired from being a JCPS bus driver last October. Larry was one of my immediate co-workers. SUPER good guy. GREAT to see him getting some well-deserved recognition!

The bus drivers there make up to 100,000.00 because the routes are long and a lot of the kids are violent. They bus kids from the troubled parts of town to the good ones. Some kids don’t get off the bus until 10 pm.
I’ve already sent 2 messages but I can’t stop. Little one IS an All Star! You are an All Star! This entire world needs more people like you! I had a pretty bad day but your act of pure kindness helped to restore my faith in humanity. Truly, thank you and God bless you. ❤

Well done! Some people may not understand the basic needs of individuals matter. Having worked at a very Title One school, I totally understand. Costume days like Halloween, Carnival, etc, were only limited to a few of the students being able to participate. This gentleman is a hero. You have made a difference not only for this child but other adults.
